Why is it that I get better winrates in my piece of shit French heavies than in biased Russian heavies? I feel like I do a lot more to help my team when I play the Ruskies, but my winrate is consistently like 5% lower than in my ARL 44 and 50 100.

How the fuck do I play the T29? I get that I should always try to be hull down but the gun is so fucking worthless I can't shoot anything with it.

Is the T32 just as unpleasant to play? I just want to kill things. I like literally every tier 7 heavy except the T29.

I actually enjoyed it more than the T29.

It's a little sluggish, but get hull down and you're basically invincible.

My favorite T32 memory was face hugging a JPE100 while he uselessly bounced rounds off my mantlet, killing his three friends behind him, and laughing while my team killed him.

T-34-2. I do kinda wonder if its not worth going with the 122 on that tank. Its really not much worse over all than the 100 but with much better alpha.

It's a faster comet with better gun handling and no armor. Just use the strv 74 gun and smack shells into people from long range. I was getting pretty consistent 2k damage games in that tank before getting the Emil.

Eh, mostly. Aim time is still a big factor and the KR has a really long aim time as well as worse gun bloom after firing. While I wouldn't call them equal the Pershing has enough positives that even jumping back and forth between that and the KR doesn't have to be terrible.

Just go into the Pershing thinking "this is like a Patton KR with a slower rate of fire, better aim time, and slightly better accuracy." Most of one's enjoyment of vehicles is psychology anyway. If you go in think "aw fuck I don't want to play this piece of shit" and fuck up the first few battles than you will probably hate a tank. If you go in thinking "oh yeah I finally get to play this tank" and do well in the first few battles you will probably enjoy the tank. It heavily explains why someone for example might love the T-34 but hate the Type T-34 or love the IS-2 but hate the IS-1.

At the end of the day a Patton KR is pretty much a Pershing with a few stats moved around if you like the Patton KR try to remain optimistic and you should enjoy the Pershing. People on /wotg/ seem to like the Pershing a lot anyway.
