I still can't decide between femdead priest or nelf druid.
Played druid on Vanilla Gaming. It was very fun and I loved healing. How does druid healing compare to priest healing? I don't really care about hps or anything.
Also how well will I be able to pvp (heal) in bgs and run away/MC kill people in wpvp?
PS: I only ever levelled druids (got to 40 on nost before they shut it down) , so I have no idea how bad Vietnam etc. is without stealth. Will I be ok?

Druids can't out heal priests, but they're more fun to play over all. Priests run out of mana fast in pvp as shadow, if you heal as a priest in pvp you are a vital role but you have to have dedicated protection or you'll die often to warriors/rogues. Druids are gods in pvp.

Druids are essentially an unfinished class in vanilla. They're missing a lot of things that made them a lot better in other expansion. Balance is literally OOM the spec, worse than spriests in that regard too. Feral DPS is a joke, cats do like 30% less DPS than rogues and bears aren't as good as warriors. Resto is decent and they're ok healers, but every other healer will outheal them and they lack a rez.

Gonna be 50 soon as a Warrior. I'm arms, but trying to gain some experience at dungeons as a tank(guild i'm looking for will accept me only as a tank). Main question: how painful and worth it lvling last 10 lvls in prot build? I start buying pre-bis tank items, have stockade pauldrons already, and some other gear, so it's not a shit at all.

I know when I leveled there were loads of times that horde had an area locked down, but even with the insane population I was usually able to find a spot to grind shit out instead of dying over and over.

It's possible to just have bad luck too, and a paladin at that level really has no way to escape - I forget when bubble-hearthing becomes possible.

He pretty experienced at lvling, he had some 45 chars in vanilla before. Besides thats he gives me some advices about where to level/where i missed some quests.
I guess, he want to make some quests, and gets fucked because of this. Like, at Hemet Nesingwary or another Stv quest locations, you just outnumbered and killed. Yesterday some 60s horde scum just camped him around a half of hour(maybe 40-45 minutes) at Arathi. He need to lvl pretty fast, so he can't just end his game session because of enemy shitter. In retail there are addons (like gladius or similar) that will let you know if someone has used a kick or other interrupt on you - so that say if you're juking a heal, you know when you're able to freecast.
Is there anything like that for vanilla? I'm stupid and can't always tell just from the animations and go by noticing the combat scroll.

Sanctity Aura does increase both SoC proc and judgement damage.

To minimize downtime you should not be judging at all. You should also be using rank 1 SoC because proc damage is same as max rank. The only difference is Judgement damage. This is done to save mana while leveling.

Judge before your seal expires and you have to refresh it. Or max rank SoC judge + stun if you're "bursting".

It's been 11 years since I played a Paladin but back when I did, I logged combat and did my own theorycrafting.

Most efficient grinding was using Blessing of Wisdom, rank 1 Seal of Command, no Judgement. Flash of Light to heal up when needed.

I did kill slower but I had very little downtime which in turn gave me more xp/hour. Plus I didn't have to waste coin on water or food.

It's confirmation bias.
Outside of the literal ERP fags, both factions have the same kinds of people (the erp people, tho rare, are mainly alliance for obvious reasons).
When there are 60s ganking, there will always be some on your own faction either avoiding it entirely or not willing to help as they don't want their own corpse-run - or just generally being shitty. You're going to notice it more often because it's annoying and makes an impression on you.
So you'll see it more and more, notice it more and more, and think "wow my faction sucks". You won't notice the times that people group up and fight back, or make a big deal about calling 60s in to help, even tho it happens.
It happens to everyone, it's just how our brains work.

So to answer your question, your particular issue will not be resolved by switching factions. You can go alliance if you want but you're going to end up with the exact same complaints.
As far as STV in general, alliance can have a slightly rougher time as no flightpath in the north, but it really just depends on which degenerates woke up and felt like fucking lowbie butts that afternoon.

Black Lotus is a very rare herb needed to craft every flask used in raiding. Flask recipes themselves are extremely rare. Usually any herbalist could come across a black lotus and simply sell it on to an alchemist to make a flask. Now the only way to make flasks will be to first farm a very rare recipe, and then for that same person to farm a very rare herb. Thus creating two very narrow bottlenecks where previously there were none.

The result will be that flasks will be close to none-existent, being hoarded by the few top guilds capable of making them. For Molten Core/Onyxia this is largely irrelevant. For Blackwing Lair progression will be a lot more distinct between casual and 'hardcore' guilds as especially +1200 HP flasks are a huge crutch for tanks.

It's a big factor in why the major vanilla raiding guilds didn't start 40man flasking until Ahn'Qiraj. Should make BWL a more blizzlike difficulty than it usually is on private servers.
