You just play him for fun. There's no reason to play Earth if you aren't Master or aren't playing Unranked. It is really unreliable and hardly has any actually good matchups.

You play it for fun. Getting a huge board with Earth is very satisfying. Having Taboo create a board of zombies is definitely one of the best feelings in the game, especially when done against something like Daria.

I'm already sick of this Shadow deck. I'm probably switching to Dshift because i'm tired of 30 minute matches where all Shadow does is play removal spells for seven turns then keep summoning Nep and trading with Mordecai until someone loses.

Aggro couldn't care less, but Khawy is obnoxious as fuck when you're playing Control. It's just another card in Shadowverse that punishes you for ever making good decisions.

Most of the time you're just spamming followers in real aggro decks and you're not worried about turn 7 or losing a single minion and them getting healed for 3 or 5 at most

What he really fucks over is dragon and ramp or other slower minion-based control decks. Literally why would I ever play a fucking big minion if my opponent can remove it for 2 with lurching or necro-assassin combo or toss down a Khawyz and get free removal and retarded amounts of healing.

All of the new cards shadow got make ramp dragon unplayable and pretty much force everyone to play stupid fucking aggro decks that kill people before turn 7/8.

Actually yeah I do. I like not having to deal with heavy RNG every turn and being punished for playing the game. Daria and Aggro Blood are fast, but not unbeatable. There are decks that reliably beat them that I would be using anyway. Every match I have against Shadow just feels like a series of coinflips. It is exactly what it felt like playing Hearthstone against certain decks.

Don't dust in general. Between your welfare packs and the ez grab packs followed by all the added tickets and packs from getting 3-5 wins per ticket you'll have enough for about 4 budget decks that you glue together with golds and silvers to do ranked. Every week between cheevos, levelups, score rewards, dailies, and winning arena to double your money to buy more tickets you'll get about 10-20 packs a week. Within a month you can play knockoffs of about 12-ish decks from liquify extras and have most of a couple good decks on rng. Once you fill out most of your card pool the vials will start pouring in from the extras. and with all your experience and trying out different deck archetypes you'll be able to put together most of a netdeck while still being able to play other shit. Every expansion pack so far has revitalized a lot of the "dust it" cards. Discard dragon went from a funny meme like early dirt rune to a legitimate deck. Homecoming is good again burning the fags that melted it. Flute's got a niche with even more draw power in dragon.

Yeah I was wrong about the aggro thing. I corrected myself earlier. I was talking about him from a midrange or control perspective. He's a badly designed card that is too punishing. There's no reason why he's a ward on top of the effects he already has.

Trying to play this new Shadow deck using any control deck with big followers is really tedious. I've been using Control Blood almost exclusively lately. I'm winning most of the matches, but it's still boring and tedious. Every match is just me hoping his Neps don't give him what he needs and that he drew the cards he needed earlier. Either that or I'm praying the random RNG effects don't work for him or that his Urd/Necroassassin is buried in the deck.

It's not a matter of the deck being too strong, but more of it being poorly designed. I don't understand why they thought Nep or Khawy would be alright. Nzoth is better design than Nep .

Calamitous Curse is one of my favorite cards in the game. I like everything about it, I think the name, art, flavor text, effect, they all fit so well.

Same for Professor of Taboos, with the added bonus of him having one of the best voice actings in the game.

Open a private match room, put your user name in the 4chan post name field, make sure your sound is on and you can hear it then post the match id. Play 20 private matches without conceding to get 2000 gold.
Play the story mode for free cards and experience with each deck
Beat the practice match elite difficult AI for each leader for 1400 gold total
Look up budget deck lists and look over what you have and put together some crapass deck and play some ranked to get your dick wet.
Play your take 2 arena tickets out for ~14 packs

From here it depends. If you reliably went 3 wins 2 losses in arena, you'll want to turn your gold into arena tickets to get +50-100% more of your value. Keep updating a deck for each leader as you unpack cards and do every daily. Turn that gold into more tickets. Log in daily for the login reward. You should be getting 10-20 packs a weeks. Buy some DE and a few Baha packs at some point. If you want, save up some gold for the Bahamut ticket arena reward event at some point to rake in and clear out the cards you need from that set. If you can't reliably 3-2, do NOT buy tickets. You'll just piss away your dosh and time.

Or just buy straight packs cause you hate yourself and everything good in the world.
