Seriously each episode following the boy wizard and his pals from Hogwarts Academy as they fight assorted villains has been indistinguishable from the others. Depends on who they pick. For example Darius and Vi both laugh at malphite. Also if the team focuses on taking out the non-tanks first it can also be viable. It's not a for sure loss, but it definitely makes things difficult- espically if they're standard ad damage dealers with no armor pen/anti tank skills.

But it does confirm that most people can't see yordles for what they really are. Yordles are so steeped in magic potential that they use "disguises" to get by in the human world or something like that. They also have lifespan of hundreds and hundreds of years, and it's hinted that they're basically a subtype of mythological being that embody certain concepts. Kind of like how Aatrox and Tahm are the embodiments of war and greed, Poppy would be an embodiment of courage, Veigar an embodiment of revenge and evil in the yordle species; etc.

In Tristana's lore, she interacts with a couple who see her as an old human lady, for example.

So this completely fucks over the backstories of so many yordle champions like Heimerdinger, Poppy, Rumble, Veigar, Gnar and etc.

There's also speculative evidence of them being some kind of ancient sleeper agents for the Void. Bandle City is no longer located in some remotely separated mountain range, but in an inter-dimensional portal where everything is hyper-sensitive, hyper-magical and some kind of paradise. The new void lore hints that the void corrupts some areas by creating interdimensional portals that initially dramatically enhances the magic viabilty for certain areas, or things living in certain areas - to suck them in. But then they're slowly corrupted into twisted voidlings over a large period of time, or something like that. This would tie well into Gnar intial lore at least.
