p350 is terribly inaccurate so is five seven and deagle, glock is really inaccurate and deals no damage. tec-9 is also inaccurate, and only works if you're up in peoples face (like the other inaccurate guns).

If you abandon a match you should be banned for at least a month, and if you whine, complain, abandon etc, once more, you get a permanent ban (including the account).
