I've said it before, I'll say It again. There were 6 weeks between the end of the Halloween event and the start of the Winter event. There's less than 4 weeks between the end of the Winter event, and Chinese New Year (28th Jan). Not to mention unlike Halloween which is celebrated in most Western countries, Chinese New Year is exclusively celebrated by the Chinese.
It will not be a full event, Mei will get a legendary, perhaps 2 if they do the same skin in different colours, like summer games, there may be fireworks on Lijiang, and the cast will each get a spray of the Chinese Zodiac animal they would have been. That's it.
