Phrase Weak is a Factor, a special affix granted from having a NT weapon at +35. Each individual weapon has a different factor. In this case, it's from the 13* Talisman Fornis Ogend.

Elegant Power is something like Noble Power if you're familiar, just 40 ATK/4PP rather than 30/3.

I am familiar with noble power, so I'm to assume it's a boost item from AC, although I actually haven't seen it. Should be on swiki?

It was from an AC scratch, yes. No longer available, these run pretty expensive most of the time. Especially for S-ATK, it sits at like 15mil on Ship 4 IIRC.

Factors become available in the affix pool if a +35 NT weapon is used as either a fodder or the base. Say, for example you affixed the 13* Fornis Ogend, you could include Phrase Weak. This won't affect the weapon whatsoever, as it's the base and the base weapon doesn't get consumed or otherwise affected. Using something with a Factor as fodder will consume it, however. It can be an expensive endeavor but can similarly also make otherwise obtuse affixes possible.

the most common build, you can exchanege Deadline + PP slaver for Chase Advanvce Plus for stronger mobbing if you want.
on Hu side you can take whatever you like MH, IW + NGU, Healing Guard, Partisan Gear (for oneshoting exodas) are all good for Fi.

All of those conditions are mostly irrelevant on FI.
You switch depending on what boss you are fighting and can do that well in advance on pretty much everything. Switching to Orbit is a waste with how quickly you regen PP in most situations on FI, and Mate healing is irrelevant under LB which you will spend half your time under anyways.
Personally I'd get Astra Knuckles and Gix for everything else.

Su/Gu has insane burst damage, this is true. However, it does take some prior setup that isn't always available, such as getting enough hits in on maron. Also, the damage done in between bursts is basically non-existent on Su/Gu, which can be a problem. Gu/Hu and Gu/Ra don't have these problems, which put them ahead in a lot of realistic scenarios.

People just like to shit on TMGs now ever since sroll got nerfed into the ground, even though there's no real reason to do so anymore.

Yeah. The potential works with zanverse and is another 33.3...% on top of everything else. It absolutely wrecks the arms and cubes. When mother exposes her weakpoint you switch to hyper sunlight and elemental stance and still have the highest possible multiplier for that. I also think it's probably good for general Bo play against cubes and arms, because damage wise it's like a fucking 15* against breakables, but I haven't checked psod for that.

That's even worse if they fell for that psow theorycrafting shit. Sure it's slightly better against non-breakables on paper, IF you never get hit (which the guy in the video did) and have near 100% uptime on showtime (which he didn't). I also think that even if you did it perfectly, which seems almost impossible on the second phase, the time save from more break damage would be greater than from the slightly higher non-break damage.
