That Nic Fit style of play is something I enjoy though, I feel I should take a more honest crack at making a genuine Midrange deck at some point. What I mean is that the gameplan is slow and somewhat inconsistent. If you don't have Urd or at least Soul Conversion then Lurching Corpse is a complete non-threat that can be ignored entirely. Lurching to similar extent but he can actually discourage wards or force the enemy to trade with it in order to not risk losing valuable dudes later. To maximize the effectiveness of Lurching or Necro however you're going to have to make sure you have at least some control over the board, which entails trading, and you generally don't want to trade with Aggro unless absolutely necessary. You want to end the game on turn 6. They aren't bad cards but they don't really facilitate the style of play I'm pushing towards.

Shadow lists are either too aggressive with Howl+Cerb, etc. for Ramp Dragon to handle, or have access to too much removal/stall/ward in the case of midrange and control Shadow for Aggro

Forte (and new mini-Forte) is the only scary card in the Shadow/Dragon matchup, to me.

I wouldn't recommend Sorcery Cache. Maxing the others and Daria is good though. If you're running out of cards you might not be taking enough followers or enough face damage nukes.

I max Craig, Clarke, Witchette, Ogler, Blade Mage, Conjure Golem and Piercing Rune. I also take 2x Mage Levi. That's a lot of face damage (the 2x Levi nuke and 3x Piercing Rune is 12 damage right there, as well as 6 against followers), and the Blade Mages have storm.

I crafted 2 more daria and made the deck. now I'm climbing easy. I deleted every other deck I had so I can only play this and sometimes aggro bats until I hit masters.

I don't care how much if a fraud people call me, I'm doing this because the meta won't let me do anything else (except for roach forest and seraph but I don't play those crafts.)

Dragon has nothing except hoping they can ramp to 10 mana before turn 6 for Bahamut.
Forest has nothing
Shadow has lurch+necroassassin which still leaves them one card on the field 90% of the time.
Blood has revelation but only if they are below 10 health which rarely happens until the turn after Daria is played and she's about to hit you in the face for 12+
Sword needs to keep 4 damage minion on the field on turn 4 and hope that it's not removed when Daria is played.


Shit wouldn't be as bad if ogler was a 3/3 but being a 3/4 means it can survive the majority of removal in the game.

It's just letting the opponent feed it, trading when necessary, or popping my dudes with Soul Conversion. With Necroassassin I was doing more of it but it still puts in a lot of work without her. Bonus points if they drop a ward for you to suicide your guys into, or if you can get a Resentment combo with Sexton out.

lucifer alone doesn't do enough, a sahaquiel package that includes lucifer is a good start to defending against daria but is grotesquely expensive, and while you can use this route to get a good matchup against daria you drop too many other matchups to be anything more than low tier
