Personally I would be more ok with her undying all-encompassing loyalty if there were a real reason given for it. Jakob's reason is that Corrin basically saved him from life as a street urchin, for instance. Even Camilla, for all the shit she gets, has some reason for it in how it fits with her childhood.

The best we can come up with for Felicia is that she's in love with Mamui, which is shaky even then given that she's also overly loyal to Femui. And she never even hesitates to think of anyone else over them.

So after a binge of watching Mario-Maker videos, I began to wonder how I would design FE levels. I think I stumbled onto some unique design space, and was wondering what you all thought of it.

The map is a long triangular corridor, with a primary boss and a secondary boss. Along the edges of the map, in locked rooms, are staff users with Staff Savant, Rescue, and healing staves (nothing debilitating).

The primary boss is a Dragonstone-user, equipped with some legendary weapon. Was thinking Dragonskin / Dragon Fang / Draconic Hex / Swordbreaker / something else as skills, with Hard and Lunatic modes affecting which of them he has. He's positioned a little above the middle of the corridor, and blocks the entrance to the room where the secondary boss is located.

The secondary boss uses only staves, and has Hexing Rod, Enfeeble, Freeze, Silence, and Bifrost. She's hard-programmed to only use Bifrost on the primary boss, and doing so overwrites his fifth ability skill with Void Curse. Her abilities are Warp, Staff Savant, Inevitable End, Immune Status, and something else. The core idea of the map is that the secondary boss will Warp every turn to inflict some status on your units, then get Rescue-chained back to the top of the map by the Maids. In order to beat the map you have to fight your way up the corridor, taking stops to open the doors and kill the Maids so that you can break the Rescue chain.

Does this sound like an interesting map idea to you guys? Do you think you would enjoy playing it?
