So my goal is to unite Germany via Austria and kick the sub-human slavs and their horrible literacy to the curb. Me and France dogpiled Prussia like ~10 years in knocked them out of GP, cut them down to size, released sigmaringen, and took Silesia.

Paradox designs nice maps and interfaces while their games are still in early stages, releases them as toy-like demo games, and then rushes to fuck them up by adding useless details so that they feel like they have put enough "work" into the target game.

Paradox games are generally Europe-centric. The mechanics that are designed and tested for European states don't always work very well for other large, potentially powerful countries like Japan and China, so in games like Europa Universalis and Victoria you will tend to see special mechanics introduced only for those countries, which nerf or buff whatever is necessary to make the simulation seem vaguely more "historical" (e.g. China not being colonized as heavily as Africa in Vicky, Japan not instantly becoming a massive colonial power in EU, etc.).

They fudge whatever they feel they need to fudge to make the map come out in a way that seems acceptable most of the time, in other words.

Beginner here, I've conquered Ireland (formed thr kingdom) and part of Sales, where do I go from here? I could conquer the last petty kingdom holding a single county and then form the Kingdom of Wales, but would whoever I gave it to still be my vassal? Besides that, I don't feel strong enough to take on Scotland or England. I have 8.67k troops and Scotland has 10.12k, England has 13.13k. There seems to be a rebellion, the Duke of Hwicce and East Anglia gained independence somehow and got those, trying to fabricate a claim and although I have a good chancellor it'll probably take long time and happen once at a time.

You would hold the kingdoms of both Ireland and Wales, and your vassals would just hold counties or duchies within those kingdoms. Later on if you became the Emperor of Alba or something you actually could give away kingdom titles to vassal kings, but you probably wouldn't want to unless you were having problems with your vassal limit.

Just look at the titles held by some other powerful ruler in your Europe for an example of how it works.
