You don't have to netplay, you can just play on the same PC, caster supports versus offline too. I just put the info on netplay because most people are gonna play online, but you can play offline even easier, just launch the game from caster and set the buttons on the controllers and you're good to go.

The gist is: average human reaction speed is 12-13 frames. Reaction speed is on a relatively small bell curve. Very very few people are significantly faster than that. So, basically you can assume that no one is EVER reacting to a move faster than 12 frames. And that doesn't factor in start up, input delay, analyzing what you're reacting to. That's just raw speed for a reaction test.

So basically, you're mostly reacting to spacing and patterns. "When he steps into this range he likes to do this" or "Most Bison players do this in this situation". That's why matchup experience makes such a huge difference. Because you're basically making decisions 1/5-1/2 of a second late, and that window narrows the better you understand what your decisions are in the first place.

Well V-Triggers are kind of the comeback mechanic in SFV I feel, even if most of them don't actually have comeback potential.

Didn't find matches in KoF so decided to play some SF V after a long time.
First, nothing but Akuma's online.
Second, the networking is a fucking joke. First put it in "4-5 bars only", got few laggy matches, decided to go "5 bar only" and it got even worse. Literally unplayable.
