Earlier they just cuffed themselves and had no pager = makes sense, since the pager has got to be tied to heartbeat and only way to alert it otherwise is by pressing a button. Your heart is still beating and you can't press the button while cuffed.
You could get rid of all guards on FF day 3 for example, since they wouldn't need a pager response.

Then they "fixed" it and added a pager response if you got a guard to surrender.

Then it was removed the ability to make guards surrender during stealth. Because you know, they are so loyal that they're willing to die for someone's insured shit. How do I know it's insured? They live in a city where robberies happen like 20 000 times a day. Why wouldn't people insure their shit against it?

Bank Heist is the comfiest stealth you'll ever experience. Just open up the lobby after putting up the drill and then you can go afk at the van or collect packages, then go afk if you feel like it.
Even easier than Bank Heist are Jewelry Store and Diamond Store.

Optimal build is very easy to make yourself. Just don't forget the Cleaner Costs skill (if you're poor), you're going to be kill a LOT of civis, unless you're some sort of a cuck that just won't kill them, ever, and even kick people that do.
Put skills into extra melee concealment, and silencer concealment. They allow you to get away with like 4 less concealment in total. Which can be very crucial if you just NEED to get that Shh! silencer on the Judge and a fucking Combined Module for that rare occasion that you'll be trying to find crates on Election Day 2.
All drill upgrades (with the exception of Kickstarter and the other one that gives your drills 20% higher chance to restart themselves) are a must.
Ace literally the entire ECM tree.

Burglar Perk Deck (from Clover Character Pack) is the only perk deck that would help you in any way during stealth.

Jewelry store is usually the "baby's first stealth heist", even on the worst difficulties. Just move on Bank heist and shadow raid once you feel your balls are big.

For the build, just take all the stealth skills in the ghost skill tree and saw skills. If you can hurt yourself, the Yakuza perk deck can be excellent for stealth with its 20% speed bonus

Dom'ing a guard = no pager.
Given that 2014 stealth's hardest maps were Big Oil Day 2, FF Day 3, Shadow Raid, and Old Train, no map went over 8 guards (4 pagers + 4 jokers).

So what you did was answer 4 pagers then convert the rest into jokers and then you had free reign of the whole map. The only thing you had to worry about was stealth killing the occasional Bulldozer that would spawn in a vault.

I think it was a "bug" not just because you could clear the map but because the jokers specifically removed a limit that stopped you from dom'ing another guard or something. I dunno. Jokering the dominated guards was a key part of this cheese.

I actually do have the DLC for it. I must have gotten a code from Ashley for it. I don't host so I usually don't buy heists, much less stealth heists. I'll buy loud heists from time to time where ping isn't as much of an issue but my east coast friends never let me host stealth heists because it fucks them up so much. as for accuracy no. My deagle gets 100 accuracy, the cavity has 80, and I find that pistols have better laser pointer accuracy compared to assault rifles, at least that's how it feels anyway.

The worst payday 2 might do is if somehow you make the moderators of the forums check your account and it's really obvious you use SAM to cheat in all the achievements you'll be forum banned.

Dlc unlocker will give you a bad goy tag but if you play with friends/bots/bootleg friends which you should anyway because pubs are trash it won't matter.

Skin unlockers do the same,there's also skin unlockers that don't give the bad goy tag,but other people (pubs effectively) won't see them,and you don't care what they fucking see.

I play on Mayhem. Because the damage is low enough that you don't have to use meme builds for it, but it's hard enough to put your normal builds under pressure, which overkill is not.

My crew likes to have crew chief, gambler x 2, and maniac. Which works well up to mayhem but stops working in deathwish since the damage is so high.

Why has it taken me so long to learn of Light Assault Rifles?
They get like 20 bullets per ammo pickup and can fire basically nonstop.
