If that is true, which I think at this point it is, it really shows how bad it can be. I mean look at WoWscape. 407k registered users, 3 million dollars in revenue. I feel like this community has such a hire turn over and short memory span that there really is no hope for a steady and long term server.

Following this shit since forever, most "new" servers are either based on old cores or the same devs from previous failed attempts. The formula to a successful servers seems to be outlying a pretty and shiny progression timeline and a few highlight videos and releasing it when another server is failing.

This community will literally not allow any new server to grow unless its foundations are being built on the graves of others. It's like this community is similar to most F2P games but dialed up to 11 because it's private servers. Nothing but hate and broken english spam non stop.

The thing that bothers me about the economy is that P99 is all about twinking your character with cheap gear from kunark dungeons instead of leveling "normally" because they are so oversaturated. A fresh EQ server people would have people scraping for whatever gear they could, and would have people actually grouping up at low levels.

That's also what interests me about a fresh wow server is people actually doing the low level content together. If i wanted to just raid log i'd have stuck with retail.

Difference between mob experience. Lvl 1 character vs lvl 1 mob on both servers is 50 experience. So not sure how glaring the difference is at different levels.
