You're making a lot of improvement on the face area, which is good.

His arms look a little wrong, though. They seem elastic, almost. Try to make sure they have the same width all the way through (because the right arm seems thinner near the shoulder) and also make them a little thicker in general. Arms shouldn't be 'curved' they should only be bent at the elbows.

Do take my words with a pinch of salt, though. I'm not an artist.

The eyes, cheek, snoot and the ears are all huge improvements. The height is better and the toes look cleaner. The feet could use more work and like >>164228916 said the arms need to be thicker and they're also bending in a funny way. The upper arm should be behind the lower arm and not the other way around in that pose and that's only if you want the arms to seem like they're coming towards the viewer a bit. Otherwise just don't draw any lines on the elbows.

A backstory would be nice, but the fandom's run with that in so many different directions that I doubt Toby would touch it. Maybe just a short flashback to how the residents of Snowdin first reacted to them moving, but nothing beyond that.

I'd be happy with anything that shows more character interactions and allows their personalities to shine.
