That's some nice parroting but you obviously don't know what damage control actually means.
Here, I'll show you

>Self heal
It barely matters as a support because the duty of a support is to support. Healing yourself only doesn't really do much in the way of supporting your teammates besides not dying. The fact that Sona has an AoE+self heal makes Karma's self heal irrelevant and obsolete in this regard. The self heal is barely even something worth noting in the first place most of the time.

>3second unmissable snare
Not only is the snare itself not 3 seconds, but not even the tether lasts 3 seconds. The snare lasts for 1 second at first rank and 2 at max rank. This is going to be 1 second for most of the game as you max your W last in favor of your shield and your damage as those are your priorities, not adding .2 seconds to your snare and 50 extra to your self heal. Not to mention that you have to stay within the tether for the two seconds in order to get the snare off, adding for a ton of counter play and room for escape. As far as CC goes, this is very mediocre, especially compared to Blitzcrank, Thresh, Naut, Nami, Morg, Leona, etc who have that twice or thrice that amount of cc time.

It's a skillshot. It being one makes it inherently dodgeable and just because the RQ explodes means you should be even more careful not to get poked down. Not only that but she will most likely have to put herself in the open in order to hit you with this reliably. Comparatively, Morg has a much better Q as it gives an ACTUAL 3 second root and does about the same damage.

>Cancer as fuck shield
Nigga do you even know who Janna is? The second most played support? The one who can actually give shields that are 1/4th of someone's health bar AND give them bonus AD? That's very much comparable to the bonus move speed Karma gives, perhaps even better honestly.

In short, Karma is shit compared to Sona and Janna. Cry about something that actually had weight.

I've mained the role since s4 and have been decent at it, high plat player. S5 was my peak, 70% winrate on jinx with over 150 games probably would've gotten diamond 3 but had to stop playing completely for life reasons. Right now I just feel so useless and weak. Even if I'm fed with levels, xp, items up on the enemy I do noodle damage. Vayne is the only adc that actually seems to do any damage.

Not even talking about getting fucked by the other lanes all game.
