If you're running banner you'll have vet lancer/kunoichi maids and centaurs and you will probably want to replace oathless with gelt anyways, there's no space for samurai. His effect isn't as reliable as gelt's.
I would honestly replace avant with amelia but then you might as well run aggro sword or midsword instead of banner.

You aren't playing Shadow without at least 1 set of legendaries. The only good reason not to run Cerberus is if you're running Nephthys instead. She's an amazing value card and brings up the builds significantly. Shadow builds tend to be really tight and specific too so it's much harder to play around not having her if you're netdecking.

That's the fantasy. The reality is you bricking like crazy or getting out-aggroed and/or being unable to trade well because Runecraft has fucking awful and horribly inefficient creatures and the deck depends entirely on a combination of nut-drawing and the opponent not doing much in order to win. I have no idea why people are so fucking hyped about this deck when every other aggro deck does the same shit and still still fail to really take over the game.

Standard is priority for sure.

DE is mostly if you want to play Haven, other decks borrow a few cards at most.

RoB is if you want to play tempo rune, otherwise same deal, just a few cards per deck.

Standard is 3x as large as the expansions and most of the cards still see regular use, is why it is good to focus on it.
