I can't help but try and see what I can get away with in those rooms though. Those hosts are just always so quick to anger.

There's actually a dude at my locals who's that way. He spergs on everyone who beats him that he doesn't play "New Yugioh" and that he doesn't care about banned cards, he'll play them if he wants to. His deck is a horrible amalgamation of unsleeved random one ofs, vanillas included (we're talking Silverfang here,) and banned shit, with sleeves on only his favorite cards. He's so awful that the owner let's him enter and play it as is because why not he can't win. He actually explained in detail what half his deck did to me and that his battered copy of Silverfang had a duel spirit inside. He also wears a Naruto headband every week.

I've been playing yugioh since now about, 6 months or so. On checkmate servers I have around ~60% winrate, playing all kinds of decks.

Started out with buying 2 times monarch structure deck, moved on to HEROs afterwards and been playing those pretty much since then. From my own version I moved onto a version with treatoad, it's still not really capable of facing meta decks since I need 3 times desires for it to be better.

Really happy that I got into the game again after "playing" it as kid, just slightly annoyed that some good cards you that have a good impact in the game are so expensive. One day i'll top my locals!!!

Yes I'm aware Neptune is searchable, but having 3 means I don't have to use the 2 rats for king of the feral imps, and 3 neptune also makes it that the entire deck doesn't die if Neptune gets negated. It also opens up options of using the gates to make Neptune a crystal wing or a direct attacking (boarbow) 4500 beater.

I'll see. I'll mess around with 3 maindecked Neptune for a bit and if it's not more consistent I'll cut it back down to 1.

The problem isn't with neptune as rat makes him easy to search. The problem is instant fusion because you need more gimmicky cards to search it, this being either both scales - having only one in hand with no servant sucks or predaplants.

It may be worth running allure for extra draw power to add consistency so you could cut the extra neptunes or double summons and memestart for it or cut the brilliant engine. I'm biased toward cutting the brilliant engine as I have almost a supernatural ability to open garnet pretty much every game.

Listen, there's a difference between "denying" the opponent and flat out fucking not letting them play the game.

The former is something like Metalfoes against anything. Balanced, fun deck with no bullshit.

The latter is playing something like Nurse Burn and FTKing while your opponent didn't get a turn or playing Gravekeeper's and Royal Tributing someone's entire hand then Card of Demising into 5 traps and setting Spy.

You give your opponent a card but you get one yourself. If you're not at an extreme disadvantage, it's basically free. It also prevents you from taking damage for the whole next turn.

Unpossessed was a huge help, but it doesn't help someone of the main issues; for one, the actual Charmers are still fucking useless. And as a result of that, the Familiar - Possessed never get their piercing effect.
They should just retrain the base Charmers, and maybe make them more easily searchable and maybe an incentive to actually use all the Attributes. We also need more cards like Jigabyte.

Speedroids (non-meme builds like Quasar) are generally pretty good about doing their plays in a decent amount of time. They don't really Synchro climb like most other decks, they just level adjust to do what they need.

Crystrons also count since the worst they'll do is a double Synchro to get to Phoenixion.

The immunity is limited and a single Kaijiu/Lightning kills magnus off.

Now neptune burn comes in, tosses around a 8300 body, unlimited immunity, and 5000 burn every turn. And unlike magnus you won't be going all in and can easily recover for more plays after being Kaijiu'd.

Cut Neptune back to 1. Took out 1 of each gate and added 3 LAO and that PK L4, but I might cut that and go back to 3 gates for the instant fusion search as well as pendulum potential.

Also, Heart-Earth Neptune that you get out with gate infinity can be used as a way to out your opponent's Neptune since Neptune will have 6k atk minimum and instant fusion also eats up 1k
