pact with the nethergod however is an amazing card and i feel like it should be run in all shadow lists moving forward. 3 pp deal 4 is actually amazing and it allows shadow to notably contest ancient elf turn 3 (assuming they only bounced on follower the previous turn). the enhance effect is also surprisingly relevant when you dont have any better plays: i had an enemy forest slam his eve into one of my zombies, only for me to kill it with pact and gain a 7/5 body at the same time. fantastic card.

I'm having a good time with it already, it hurts a lot not having Nep but it's doing exactly what I want it to do in turns 1 through 7, and still managing to get a good winrate too. Not gonna lie though, I also expected to get rushed down by certain decks, but so far it just isn't happening. You have so much removal and wards that they get slowed down enough to where the heal from a turn 7 Khawy flips the game entirely. That's not even including the turn 8 Khawy from Nep, which is another heal and another removal.

I get where you're coming from, I do, but this list works a lot better than you'd think.

Necroassassin versus Urd is very much a matter of preference from what I can tell. Both work really well, but I personally like Urd more for the sake of getting double shadows out of whatever she hits and letting me use it again later. Necro gives you more immediate removal potential, which is nice, but so far I've found the other removal in my list is enough to make up for it. If you really like Necro though, you could likely still do well with her instead of Urd.
