I sometimes get this visual bug where my entire screen will turn to a different shade of blue or green, followed by the game screen turning dark but my hud staying visible. I've searched online for a solution and found videos on it but nothing helps. Could my graphics card being going bad?

What is the best counter for a good tracer?

roadhogs hook is too slow, no tracer is stupid enough to get close to winston, mcree only gets one shot at a flashbang. idk what to do. genji?

Roadhog hook is the answer. Winston will only zone a Tracer. He can keep her off the objective and off squishy targets on your team, at least until she finishes charging a pulse bomb off you. McCree doesn't need to use a flashbang. Just shoot her. Keep the flashbang pocketed unless you know it's a guarantee kill since Tracer will avoid getting right up in your faces while it's up. If you're not playing at a rank where players can shoot straight, a Torbjorn is Tracer's worse nightmare. Every single pulse bomb she gets will be stuck on your turrets, even if they're level 1.

D.Va and Soldier are too much trouble for most Tracers to kill, and any chip damage from them reduces her effectiveness severely. Zenyatta focusing her can suppress or even kill her. One headshot and a quick melee will instantly kill a Tracer who tries getting in your face. Don't touch the ground with Lucio and you'll generally be safe from Tracer.

Tracer's probably the best hero for killing Ana, but if that's the case, just fucking deal with it, pussy. Ana's already easy mode. Don't bitch because one hero in the game can maybe sometimes be half effective against you.

Speaking of romance subplots - I am so tired of this shit. Is it there to appeal to the female demographic or something? Do they think women are so vapid that they won't feel compelled to watch a movie unless the main characters fall in love? Yes, sure, love and sex are completely natural, but that doesn't mean that whenever a man and a woman stay near each-other for a prolonged amount of time they will suddenly want to fuck. It always feels so cheap, out of nowhere and unnatural. The sudden handholding and moist looks in Rogue One being the most recent frustrating example.

As for OW - half the cast has romance subplots already, so it wont be hard to stick on in the movie. It has to be a straight romance since its a Hollywood production. Probably Genji and Mercy. This is not relevant for 99% of players, but at higher tier organized games Lucio/Mercy players are usually the shotcallers for the team who have to be able to analyze a situation, be aware of enemy ult usage and positioning, and call out targets. Reason for this is that their characters dont require that much thought to play so they can focus on other things that are extremely important for the team.

All Zarya 1v1 boils down to is who pops their shield first. Lasering down a full HP Zarya takes longer than the shield recharge cooldown so you have to do this dance at least 3 times and takes who knows how long this game of chicken lasts.

Jeff Kaptard wants to know why Mercy is underrepresented in competitive play.

Here are some reasons why and fixes.

Her ultimate feels like a waste if it's not a do or die situation. It charges fast, but while it charges your team could get trumped and you wasted it resurrecting the one guy who died just for runback efficiency.
A fix would be to make it charge faster, collect charges, and resurrect people based on charges held. Max of 5, if 2 people die, you only use 2 charges.

Also, her heal focus system isn't good in solo play. You don't know peoples' names, you know their heroes. So showing their name on the HUD when you heal them is pointless. Show their hero, or at least both.

Her damage beam is okay, which is odd, because Jeff wants to believe it doesn't work very well. It shouldn't be considered a major part of her kit. It should be a secondary, extra thing, and thus, it works fine. The rest of her kit needs slight number changes however.

Her gun needs a buff. A firing speed increase, a projectile speed increase, and faster switching to and from the weapon. This would let Mercy actually fight back against sole flankers who might catch the rest of the team off guard. A successful flank would still be more than possible, though.

Lastly, now that Zenyatta even has 200 health, Mercy needs to be given either armor, or a bigger health pool. 175+25 or 250 health total should be no issue. Especially considering even with slight buffs to her gun, she is not as strong as any of the other supports bar Lucio who has a more reliable escape and passive heal acts as if he has more health.
