Once it's upgraded, it's pretty good since the chain potential is decent. Before that, it's shit.

She's pretty much standard Lid with a few +Water Attack/Resist buffs, and much like all Lids are 3* base and 5* cap, so no, not particularly.

Her TM, Lid's Swimsuit, is a female only armor with 15 DEF, 30 MAG/SPR, +20% Water Resist so its not really worth being a TM. Alma's Lordly Robe is a lot better unless you want that Water Resists.
