The role is so weak and gutted that Cait, Ezreal and Jhin are the only meta ADCs right now. And it's always only 2-4 ADCs now, nothing else.

Over half of the ADC roster isn't even viable.

Accompany that with the fact that bot lane is the usual gang rape lane, and it makes sense why ADCs are performing worse than usual.

well I played varus when they had an Eve jungler, it was like sitting on nails, always looking at minimap.

But it's a waste of a good model since it's seen so far away from any of the map action. At least you see poros, squirrels, ducks, toads, butterflies and etc within the actual map, not on the borders beyond it. The deer itself isn't very Christmas-ish either. Weird antlers and no glowing-red nose.

Braum is a better laner and he can engage fights with his Q and ult. His shield stops projectiles too.

Taric gives healing, an hp shield, an aoe stun, and an ult that gives aoe invulnerability. He's better in long drawn out fights where he can use his passive to deal damage and reduce his cds.

I can't really say which one is better, it's mostly down to what you prefer to play. Braum is probably better against champs with projectiles that can fuck over your team, and Taric can win teamfights with a well timed ult.

Varus ADC is great assuming you have a peel support which is what's in favor right now. You don't play him with a Blitz or Leo because assassins will fuck your ass. But if you have a Braum/Karma/Janna/Nami? It's incredible. A single attack speed item almost maxes out your AS in fights now and assuming you don't just throw your spells out like a retard then you can get 2 full W passive procs in less than 3 seconds. Which is 30% of their max HP on top of your normal auto/ability damage.

There's a reason he has the 3rd highest winrate for ADCs right now. He's good but people are too set in the mindset that he's a 'poke champ' just because of the long range of his Q and completely disregard the fact that he now has one of the strongest AS steroids in the game and incredible utility.
