Those items are typically worthless because they only set your level at 40 and at the very least you will have to level up your subclasses and those take WAY more exp than getting to 40 and you also need enough LL since this game operates mostly off LL. Unless you already have some level 40 equipment and want to use it right now there's no reason to use boosters at all.

I'm new to the game and want too know if someone could give me a quick breakdown of the classes, or at least how they end up playing in the 'endgame'?

Ok so I just picked up the collection after not playing since TDB and I have no idea what the fuck is going on. It seems like I can use experience to get up to level 40 now, and LL isn't tied to your level? Also, all my weapons and armor are stuck at 170 attack/defense, but when I stopped playing my weapons were over 300? Also, it seems like I can drop greens and blues that are above 170, but not legendaries. I beat Prison of Elders lvl 26 and dropped what seemed to be some kind of raid weapon (legendary) that dealt extra damage to dregs, but it was only 170 attack. How does leveling work now and what is the purpose of LL as opposed to regular level? How do I drop better loot?

Hunters are gods in PvP, followed by Warlocks, then Titans.

Titans are imo best for PvE, followed by Hunters, then Warlocks.

In the end, you will probably make multiple characters, so it doesn't matter too much. Titans use brute power and meaty defense to play support, Warlocks use abilities (grenade/melee/super) and are in the middle, Hunters use finesse and have high dps.

They are god tier in PvE. Titans are only good as Defenders in PvE and Hunters as Nightstalkers, whereas each Warlock subclass is flexible enough to provide all-around good traits for PvE.

IMO it goes Defender=Nighstalker>Warlocks>Gunslinger=Sunbreaker>Striker>Bladedancer

Then again, in PvE you can roll whatever the fuck you want with little problem.
