The more I play aggro rune the more I think Daria ins't the problem and almost every other card in the deck is undercosted by one.
I shouldn't be allowed to shit more followers than Sword while having clearing spells from hand AND Daria as a safe net, I also shouldn't be able to play 8~11 power by turns 3~4 on a regular basis without using evos.
But uh... yeah Discard Dragon seems nice.

After seeing what works and what doesn't, heres an iffy draft of what seems to work best for discard dragon.
Not sold on Eyfa or Draconic Fervor yet, but everything else is pretty solid and feels core. I've rarely used Fervor and Eyfa has managed to close out a game, but a Forte would have done the same thing.
Felt like I was drawing too many Rites so I cut one Uriel. Scholar could also probably be swapped.

This is something that works if you want to aim for one-two turn kills with Imperial Dragoon and Dragonnewt. It'll pretty risky but it's hilarious when it works. You basically ramp early and just try to keep the board clear with AoE. After that you play Phoenix Roost and set up for a one turn kill.

Midrange Shadow has gone a lot harder towards board control and high value cards, at least with the changes I made to my list, which I can't confirm is any good yet. If you've got the spare cash for crystals and really do love cerb/shadow I'd definitely pick up a stack of the alt arts, I find them to be way way better than the original. Original cerb's head looked way too spherical, bordering chinfat, and its evolution changes almost literally nothing.

You already have removal in that Nep package, Khawy hits their biggest guy. Ghostly Rider gives Nep taunt which protects you against storm kills from Roach and cancer birds. It's also a much better defensive play by itself, Balor needs to be evolved or he has no immediate impact and they can just ignore him to go face.

It's worked for me though, so that's really weird. Backed up master_emblem_data.unity3d and master_sleeve_master.unity3d, set back to english, opened game, patch, close, put them back in the AppData\LocalLow\Cygames\Shadowverse\a folder.
It shouldn't matter but set the properties to read only, too.
