she's not great right now. mediocre clear unless you blow your spells, and then you're defenseless. If you have issues landing her charm you will not be effective with her. You should try and learn one of the burst assassins, they're very rewarding and "balanced". Expect a good 20-30 games before you're able to find your rythm though.

bot lane is a great roam for ziggs with all his aoe. Use your w to prevent escape, minefield to slow, q, and ult to secure a double kill.

your first few games I would get used to clearing with him and not roam too much. He doesn't do so well if he's caught out alone. His passive empowers his auto every now and again and the damage should be used on champions whenever possible. It can throw you off csing if you're not watching for it.

Also, when taking towers, save your satchel. Eventually a little icon will pop up and you can satchel the tower for extra damage. Usually enough to knock it down.
