Accidentally closed my post so I'm going to be more brief.

I think they thought three random skills would offset that, but you still can't tell what you will/won't get so you're almost always going to screw yourself one way or another. He needs better skills in general outside of the stun. His monstrous strength is garbage.

They weighted the secondary effect of his NP way too highly. Three hits of dodge is nice, but not really broken, and because it isn't broken the fact that you will almost never get him to use the damn thing makes it worthless. Especially since the damage and stars are next to nothing. I can see what they were afraid of; Astolfo chaining his NP against every boss ever and eventually winning, but that shit will happen in your game anyway. His damage is so low that no normal player is going to actually go through with it.

How to fix acute cases of Starterservant-itis:

-Charsima gets the usual character-specific buff. 20% to all + 20% to specific types. Maybe to Lawful Good characters or something.
-Instinct gets Crit Up, a 1-turn dodge and 30 stars instead of 15 so it’s no longer completely useless compared to Knight of Honour.
-Mana Burst gets added star absorption so you can chose to have her eat up Instinct's stars herself or let someone else use them.

I disagree. I think what would be more appropriate and reflective of Saber as a character, to use her as the basis of this rebalancing process and what the skills should do:

- The suggestion for Charisma is good. It would be important to balance in properly for characters like Gilgamesh who are actually good already.
- Instinct shouldn't get Crit Up. Instead of doing one turn dodge, make a two-hit dodge. Star up is a must though.
- Instead of star absorb, Mana Burst should boost NP damage and NP gauge.

AoE NPs are kind of shitty, so making it spammable is a good way to balance that out.
