rs3 is more advanced in terms of mechanics, gameplay and graphics.

What would a good fashionscape MH item be with this outfit? Before Sliske's Endgame I used to use a Mystic Air Staff and none of the rewards from that quest, but now that that quest is out I can't pass up on its rewards.

In case you can't make it out well, it's spider silk top/bottom, ice gloves, desert boots, quest point cape, necklace of shadows, and catalyst fragment. Currently wearing a crystal dagger, but there's probably a better option out there.

Does having perks installed on augmented armour/weapon increase the drain rate even further? (As compared to a augmented piece with no perks).

Also, can you remove perks at will and put them on other armour/weapon pieces? So you don't have to make multiple.

No, the drain rate is the same regardless if it has or not perks.

There are two ways to get the perks back, but on both of them you lose the weapon.
That is by using an Equipment Dissolver or Disassembling the weapon at level 10 or higher.
