Blizzard never fails to alienate some of their playerbase at any given point in time. Why would this AWFUL, UNFUN time gated garbage be required for legendary upgrades? Plain and simple, I just won't be upgrading my legendaries as long as it's a requirement.

I don't do dungeons anymore. Not that I don't want to, it's just that for the difficulties I would choose to run, they are completely unrewarding and a waste of time right now. I have zero desire to run heroics and base mythics would still not help my shaman any as I'm already about 855 ilvl with her.

Why should I run outdated and unrewarding content over and over for some bad fanfiction disguised as a quest? Oh, legendaries? The things I still have no choice on and it's purely RNG? Yeah, let me get right on it.

And this won't get me into M+. Nothing will. I hate and despise timers. No amount of incentives will get me to do M+.

What am I supposed to say?

My comfort zone is informed by 12 years of experience with the game. I can do Mythics, easily. I have done Mythics. If I could queue for Mythics I would do far more of them. But getting into them with premade group finder is inconvenient and time consuming when there is zero reason for it to be, because the game has a perfectly good mechanism to allow me to queue and go about my business while the automated system selects a group for me.

If I had wanted to do unqueued content in all this time, I would have. No amount of forcing me into it will get me to do it. I'm not suddenly going to go, "Wow, this is actually GREAT!" and have a good time.

They've tried coaxing me into stuff I don't want to do, and that hasn't worked in all this time. Browbeating me into doing it isn't going to work either.

Besides, I'm perfectly comfortable in Heroics. I've done tons of them. It's the sheer amount of the grind in this case that's ridiculous, not that I need to be forced into Blizzard's amazing new system that they'll do everything they can to *make* people use it.
