No clue for non-premium Serial Killer, but Giant Killer is just 20k KC after you beat floor 20. I would recommend you get Raging Bull instead of Bull as well, it's two silver skillshrooms. The Jackals have crazy high HP and defense and unless you're dealing 4k on a normal slash from the katana you won't be able to kill them all as they phase in.

I'm tired. Managed to beat Goto on floor 23, then I went onwards thinking I'd get to the next elevator. Million screamers with good equipment gangrape me at every room because for some reason I aggro them all even when I sneak. I can't even run away because the floors are so fucking huge. Then eventually they kill me and it costs 88k to get my guy back. I'm just so tired of this.

Just treat them the same as machetes, they have about the same range and are still as easy to retaliate against on top of dodge. Yeah, getting hit destroys armor like crazy, but if you can handle the normal Screamers then the Hater shouldn't be a problem at all. It's the ones with guns and the rapier you have to worry about since the gunners will hit you even if you have wide zigzags and the rapier ones will do a 7 combo if they land a hit at all.

Fuck farming RNG chests for DOD green .Is better to look for the secret shops, farm the haters in that room and the previous room who drop between 3,000 to 6,000 gold and buy the thing. It is a slow but guaranteed process plus you can farm nice OP hater weapons for bosses. Got a nice Welding Gun 4* from one of them.
