Don't worry about it but you might be able to get it at a lower grade like 2 or 3 if you max your freezer, join California, and there are less than 50 targets at the same or similar rank.

The welding gun(and shotgun) dud shots are caused by entering an area with it equipped.
This can easily be fixed by pressing the d-pad to switch weapons, then switching back to it.

Hey guys, Am I going crazy or something?
do the skeletons that goto 9 summon on floor 23 have the ability to knock weapons out of your hands or something?

Out of nowhere, Goto just started walking away and eating something on the ground. I thought it was the skeleton that I just killed but no, it was my other fucking iron. he ate it, gained health, and then killed me soon after because my only other iron broke mid fight.

I seriously do not remember doing dropping the weapon at all. I don't think my hands were anywhere near the X button or the D-pad. There's no way I just casually threw away the only weapon I have capable of defeating that thing.

Whats furthermore is that I was using a longsword to kill the skeleton, but the iron that got dropped was in my opposite hand. There is no freaking way I could have actually dropped myself. my hands shouldve been nowhere near that button combination

Also when your crit rate is so high your poison and burn ticks always crit too.

Their HP isn't good and certain builds outdamage them (though I think they outdamage builds that aren't using barb/bull/serial decal set ups) but they have very consistent damage output, easy to make weapons & extremely high gold returns. It's not uncommon for me to return to the waiting room with 30k+ gold from a short farm run.

Basically, by reaching the top of your grade by filling your freezer with 10 fighters, you're limiting the number of possible raid targets by 2 ranks, as there can't be 2 ranks above you. This applies to any grade, as due to the above formula there are skips in rank for each grade.

However, there are a lot of people at end game, with 10 grade 5 fighters in their freezer, so unless you're in California and invalidate most of them, you probably won't see dev raids unless you have 10 fighters of a lower grade, as it's less common to have upgraded your freezer that far at that point.

I am not sure if the X value is the highest grade of fighter you've *ever* made, or just your current highest, it might be a valid way to get dev raids back to put yourself into a lower bracket.

I'm pretty sure there's an area, a main area(or close to a main area), that has about 10 bullet tubers in the halls. I came across it when I first climbed that section, and I didn't go too far off course then, so it may not hurt to try looking there. It's at least above floor 3.

5th floor elevator room Hyakudori. That's where I farm mine. There are 3 possible spawns for hover tubers: 1 in the circular connection room and 2 in the collapse tunnel. The area is pretty small as well so you can just ride a nearby escalator up and back to respawn them.

I recommend regenerating the area via waiting room visits to get a preferable layout. Best is with those two rooms and an escalator directly connected to each other.

They have no decals so they're actually a lot easier than you think. The 30k pay off makes it even better at tier 5. Just kill the first 5 haters then break the banks and go back to the train. No need to kill them all.

Maxed offensive stats at t5. I think a number of weapons can kill Jackals if you invest enough, but Katana/attacker build is the go to farm one you'll see.

If you're worried about them showing up when farming though a Treasure Hunter decal will make a worlds more of a difference than making a character for the sole purpose of farming them.
