Depends on what your level goals are.
Jack of Trades, Penguin Points and all the other xp reward stuff could help a lot on those skills.
The only one you listed that you shouldn't use lamps is Ranged because combat can be really fast and profitable, and debatable Dungeoneering because you need tokens to get the useful rewards.

I've got decent combat stats (Melee 85-90, Magic 97. Summoning 70, Prayer 60ish but no ancient curses, and 90 hp, with ranged lagging significantly behind at 62.) My problem is that I don't want to go out of my way to train ranged because I hate taking the time to grind it specifically and I basically can't catch up if I don't want to significantly delay slayer leveling when I'm so close.

I honestly just hate dungeoneering so far, but I'm sub20 so maybe it gets better. I thought dungeoneering worked that I would just get tokens as I leveled. I have no idea how I get tokens and I never bothered to read.

You get tokens when you get xp at the end of a floor.
No other source of xp gives you tokens, not even lamps.
If you finish a floor and get 1000 xp, you get 1/10 of that as tokens, so 100.
But if you get 1000 xp form a lamp, you get zero tokens.
