I have the hat and the robe. I'm coming up on the 30 Gigantuars and the summon ticket when the next daily happens and should be able to get the shield and the next summon ticket before tomorrow ends. Thanks to me being able to run ELT with little problems. I will only do the daily once on this banner for Christmas day.

She has Curaja and Status covered, but no buffs and no raise/arise. For now that makes her better than most healers, but you'll soon come to discover that this is the baseline kit for all healers, and that every single one brings something more to the table.

However, her Auto LB / Entrust combo means you can instantly max a unit's LB for 8 NRG by grinding the chimera in phantom forest. So that's a plus.

Apparently the reason there's a crossover with GARO for XIV is that it's creator & designer Keita Amemiya is doing a new monster design for Stormblood.

Charlotte is fairly cheap to enhance though both material and gilwise and she wins HP wise over Cecil alongside her slightly better SPR. Plus she does pair well with Tilith for your mana battery needs.

My physical team would love to pair up Charlotte with Tilith and go hog wild with MP since they get back so much MP from the both of them. Heck she even pairs well with Terra if you run a physical oriented balance team.

I would love to run Lightning/Agrias/Terra/Charlotte/Tilith for the ultimate 6* waifu team since they cover each other so well. Lightning and Agrias for physical DPS, Terra for magical DPS that is self sustaining(thanks to her buff with Dualcast and Meteor attached to it), and Charlotte for Tanking/buffing/MP battery alongside Tilith for healer/MP battery. Slot in Rikku when she is necessary.
