The gacha you have to roll is a special gacha separate from the other ones, you cant miss it.
It has a 0 for cost and a little bubble saying you'll get a 4* ticket for rolling. I think Gochiusa cards aren't included here either so you might be shit out of luck if you're rerolling for Chino 4* or Shion 3*.

If you don't want to go for waifu (Why wouldn't you?) with your ticket and want to pick something that will make your teams better then go for Twilight Miyaka 4* if you don't have her. If you do have her then just refer to the japanese list on what to pick but its strongly reccomended by everyone, including the Japanese to just pick girls you like instead of going full esports.

Mizell is actually a Z with a (ultrahard to achieve) Z recode, aka the cancer that is dreading to kill Terra Battle. Mizell is a bit of a double-edged sword that I wouldn't really recommend as a good beginner roll. She really has a bit of a lackluster skillset for a Z-class, levels slow as fuck BECAUSE she's a Z-class, has only real popular use in conjunction with her Kinetic Trap destroyer companion from TP and only becomes stellar if one is ever able to recode her.

As such Mizell's name rightfully is rarely brought up when good beginner rolls are the topic.

Gatz^ is one of the most broken and versatile units in the game. Great stats, powerful attacks with AoE, Atk-boost and utility through Treasure Hunter, Levitation and Disarm Bomb. Regular Gatz has...only the utility part of that and the promise to one day grow up into Gatz^. Regular Gatz is an absolutely STELLAR roll when he's a follow-up roll to any great Z/SS-starter. On his own he is pretty decent support, but nothing that will really carry a team.

Floor 12 here. The enemies are 110k+, 30k higher than my party's. I'm 100% relying on mercenaries and taking 3 steps a refill, it's annoying having to continuously reset the battle if one of my characters get too low. Not to mention enemies above floor 10 adds another 10% stat buff per floor.

I would keep it the way you have there. Hel is decent, and somewhat interchangeable with Mani in the role of dark magic, but mani is a little bit better. Though if you have Hel's personal gear she can be a bit of a gamechanger in Arena, being able to temporarily banish or whatever it's called. More often than I'd like I've gone up against her only to have Heimdall disabled by it, and unlike other debuffs it allows the enemy team to bypass the afflicted character, e.g. Heim, and start killing off the squishier characters. Thrud has pretty solid stats and I'd personally stick with her over Fei Lan, but they're not so far apart that you can't use the one you like best.

Seems kind of expensive to do the whole thing, but partway might be worth it for newer players. Previous guarantees tended to be 3 step gachas at 1.5k, 2k, 3k adding up to 6.5k for three 10 rolls but they were often more specific pools. This is 3.9k for two 10 rolls and a guaranteed 3*, but it seems like it's among all the 3* characters except for Odin. Even if the gear is guaranteed to be one of the pictured, 7.5k gems for 28 rolls seems a bit much. Everything shown there except the sword is really good, though.

Assuming all four are separate, I'd go with Gatz for reasons another anon laid out earlier in the thread. Amina is also very good, but currently you get Amimari for free and it's likely at some point she'll get her recode and probably be just as powerful as Amina and A'misandara are currently, so you might end up with redundancy. Ra'prow^ is pretty good, and his Outflank II has some niche encounter use, but his B form is super common, so you'll be able to recode him pretty soon enough anyway. Bajanna is mostly there to make coin farming shorter, but is somewhat limited outside of that.

I really hope Flawless Helices make a return sooner rather than later. Now that I've seen that Shinen^ drops CoT tickets on his A&B (!) Chests (even if at a bit lowish rate), I want to complete CH35 even less. Decreasing Shinen&Mutoh difficulty instead of increasing it, when lowered difficulty effectively punishes the player, is one of TB's oddest design fails.

I wish they'd just make the difficulty level toggleable and be done with it, rather than being available two hours a day. I don't have the team to do them yet, so I went ahead and cleared the story chapters. Once I do get a second tapper I'll be stuck with times that don't really work for me. I'm asleep during one, and on weekdays am generally still at work during the other. I never really cared about 34-10 because the Counter otomo isn't worth and the higher difficulty meant you could take fewer feeders if you were using it to grind experience pre-MZ7.

That said, if the drops aren't random; then how in the world are the hero talismans random? I've seen japs on Twitter posting characters with 3 run talismans, 3 attack, 3 capture point, etc

I have trouble with normal attacks since they can't get accuracy boost from combat links like you can with the main. For low natural accuracy pilot/weapons, multi-shot weapons seems safer since there is a better chance that at least land one shot, otherwise an accessory just seems more useful particularly if it's a team boost
