I've never been one for saving pictures of characters I dont have or games I dont play.

I tend to only save pictures of characters I really really like or characters I actually obtained in game. It was like that in the time when I played Kancolle too. I'd only save pictures of ships I had even if I really liked them. It motivated me to keep going and to aim for certain ships.

Yeah, the winter date thing kind of reinforces what I've been hearing about xmas being a couples holiday over there in Japan.

The Pact of Fellowship is rolled with coins. It's essentially the free gacha, as coins are just earned in-game. It's filled mainly with monsters, and as you clear more chapters it adds some of the monsters that you encounter to the pool of available draws.

The Pact of Truth is the premium currency gacha, and the only one you should care about when rerolling. It has no monsters in it, only adventurers of B-rank or better.

When TB first came out Mistwalker did a "download starter" campaign, and at many of the early download milestones they'd add characters created by a guest artist. These characters were added to both pacts, so it is possible to draw that Camellia, for example, from the coin pact. The odds are low, but she's also nothing particularly special for the most part. For rerolling purposes you should consider her a dud. Just focus on rolling your energy to get something good.

The only Z characters available in the PoF are Seiryuu, who is complete trash for new players, and Invincible^, who is decent but is going to take ungodly amounts of experience to level up. Furthermore, you can pull them later in the game by clearing out the pacts and they'll get leveled to 90 for free.

Ignore the Pact of Fellowship. There are a couple decent dl starter characters, but nothing amazing and the odds of rolling them are going to be very low. There are tons of B, C and D rank monsters you're going to get first. Later on you'll work to clear it out, but it has no role in rerolling.

How can the rates be so good and so bad at the same time? Its amazing. Colopl's IAP prices don't really help either. I'm not against spending in games I like as long as the prices aren't absurd or too expensive for my blood.

That's what recoding is. You consume the base class along with a couple monsters and items as materials. You lose all that, including the base class character and get the higher class one. The recoded character also inherits 20% of the monster luck and SB%, as well as 100% of the base's. So B Bahl recodes to S Bahl^, who still has access to all of B Bahl's skills and can slot 4 of them, as well as having 4 new skills of her own.

The gacha contains both the base classes and the recoded ones. So you could roll Bahl^ from the gacha and also get Bahl as your starter and be able to field them both.

Lets say you start with several 3* mechas. First you level the pilots, and the mechas up to about level 8. That's like running the main quest up to around 1-4. Then you go to the event beginner quest and open it up to 1-2. After that just continue doing 1-2 with 1 pilot + support, retreating before the boss. It might be a bit hard at first but as you keep getting the fodder and level your mechas, you'll be able to auto it while watching tv or something.

Free gacha. Top is one free 10 roll every week and the bottom is one free pull every 4 hours. For every 50 pulls on each you get a free hero pull.

Yeah, the amount of cards also increase to scale but this is lame as hell because how on earth does one farm 5000 coins. I think for f2p the best/easiest way to get cards is from data chips.

I really think using the default tank is NG. I dont know what the skills are but even at around lvl 25 with shield it just does not last long with a lvl 16 pilot.

So I just took out the tank from main team and use supports who have a better geared one. I can do event intermediate easily and trying to get the proper path to open up 3-4. Im starting to grind for food hoping it makes a difference/get new recipes

I dont know what determine action speed/accuracy but generally in the 4 assault maps (theres a lot of them) if they all act before you get a go then dont bother unless your tank can block/dodge/not insta die to 4 link

Considering actually using her (at higher levels) was required in the previous event tiers, it's not all that surprising. Boss has 3 times the defenses of Shinen/Mutoh^ though (while at half health), so it doesn't sound like bruteforcing is really an option. Especially since the boss can seal, all weapons at once even.
Doesn't sound all that hard on paper, but seeing how the boss itself -expectedly- only drops in the recoded dungeon, people aiming for a 100L Echo^ will need to catch him quite a few times, each time with a L80+ Echo. This feels like too much work and too little return for me this time.

Enemies never focus solely on one robots until it dies but tanks do get targeted more than the others. There's easily a lot of grind, as you need materials to unlock jobs, upgrade items, buy stuff from the Trading Post, level up your dudes and grind for coins to clear out the monster pacts. Since most of these things happen in their dedicated grinding zones and there's always major interactivity from the player's side, it's arguable how "enjoyable" this grind is perceived. Some people like TB for not being a button-click autofest, some might argue that it's always a few finger-flicks and then watching animations go off.

TB was generally always perceived as pretty f2p friendly, since there's few outright bad and unusable units and most of the ultra-rare ones can be evolved from their more common form. The second half of the game from CH31 on and the more recent endgame challenges kind of sway from this formula though and a lot of current endgame stuff requires an assortment of the game's strongest units and items. This could be excused by "Well it's endgame, duh.", this could be excused by "Well Mistwalker needs to make money too.", it still kinda sucks though since it might just as well be a little more open to more strategies than very specific ones. Some of the most recent bosses are simply just piss-poor designed and that's coming from a launch player who really likes the game. For the most part though, time tends to work for the players in TB, as certain keys to crack certain challenges become more readily available. If one is patient enough to wait for that is once again up to the individual player.

Ironically, one might conclude that TB is the more f2p friendly the more you grind, due to the fact that you can completely remove units from the gacha when their Skillboost (or Luck) is maxed out. That certainly takes some dedication though. And time.

Either of the three Tera-weapons, since all of them can be upgraded to their Peta-level. Even if it's the unchainable, old and busted Peta-level. Ragnarok looks the coolest, but it's hard to argue if there's a "best" weapon type.

The four elemental spirits lack any AoE and are outclassed by both the Z-Dragons and the new Peta-magic otomos that DO have AoE. There's only some VERY limited use to them.

Balloons and shields are shit, and I feel like the Minions are joke options for people who really need to waste resources buying them from TP...

Of those three I've only used the samurai extensively so I will only comment on him. His special ability is that close range attack cards have better dmg/cd/startup so of course put a lot of those into your loadout. Charge your attack once you've blasted someone into a wall and skewer them as they're getting up. On some maps I like to charge up my hero skill to full before doing anything. Just wait for a team fight to begin in the middle node and use your skill there to wipe out their team.

Gunner is op but I don't use him because of lack of long distance attack cards.

This is the 2nd time i misclicked and used the star badge on a time's up battle. Fuck this game, there should be another confirmation because the fucking option window just fucking popped out in the middle of the battle.

There's no events that grant a "free" eleventh draw. Instead there's:

- The "2 golds or above" event, that guarantees that when you roll 50 Energy at once, at least two of those rolls will be S-class (gold pacts) or higher. Zan is kinda never-used tier, but any primary element SS/Z mage is generally an acceptable starter-roll and I'm in the camp that'd argue that an SS mage is just as fine as a starter as the Z-version, if one doesn't want to go mad in reroll hell. Since this also includes top-waifu Bahl, I'd give this a thumbs up.

At worst you could write down the transfer info for this account and try a little longer.

You need subs. Every card a girl is using needs to be at least level 50 and affection evo'd.
If you want to shit out damage from taps, you need:
>Storm/Meteor level 3 (Melee/Ranged)
>Lightning bolts
>Proficiency, affinity, or attack buff
There's usually someone or two that comes out with one of these each set.

For weapons, you'll want to make Hell Vertex weapons - they're all single tap with high attack but come with a drastic debuff. But they're a massive pain to make. The co-op weapons made from the rainbow materials can be farmed from easier bosses though, so you can start with those. Then there's the red transformation weapons made from gold weapon pieces that drop from the transformation training maps.

Also, unless you're using old ineffective skills or can't use skills due to a mission requirement, recent skills will clear maps much faster than taps.
