pfffthahahaha, Rance is a super shitty mage. Brutal Attack will always hit the damage cap by Level 35 or so and it'll let you annihilate the last boss.

I agree that Sill's healing is god-like, but I leveled her up as a mage first because the battle nurse is the better healer in the beginning. Sill actually benefits the most from being a hybrid class.

I actually never leveled Athena's 'human' class. I wonder what skills it would get her.

From my playthrough of Rance 5D, I've thought of a few quick challenge ideas that could prove fun:

-No Gal Run: Don't capture any gal monsters, switch out the capture skill as soon as possible. Interesting because you won't use ropes and it forces you to manage your party members properly.
-Wizard Rance run: Only level up rance until he gets Rance Attack then switch to mage and stay as mage.
-Pokemon run: The opposite of Gal monster run. Whenever possible, only use Gal Monsters in your party.
