Actually it's pretty easy... They could pretty much translate about 80% of the game using wolftrans alone and just what remain with the editor because the map npcs use multivariable dialogues that doesn't get picked up by wolftrans.
The real pain is when an update hits because you can't simply copy paste the translation without making sure you're not going to break something.
Once again ULMF users shine by their ignorance of their fucking "translators".
A fucking shame for the few people there that actually do something else than sporadically machine translated partials.

Trying to use "RPGMakerMVGame Hook patcher" with the new BLACK PANDA game and it does nothing.
Running the enigma unpacker says it has no protection so it doesn't unpack.
Running the virtual package extractor while selecting the 3rd or 4th process just clones the directory with no changes to files.

You've never used the patcher before have you. The patcher does not make a new .exe, the unpacker does. Run the patcher. After you're done with it (I suggest using the settings in that ulmf post linked above) its final window just says its patched. Then just run the Game.exe. The shit works just fine, I literally just finished using the patcher on it a minute ago.
