3pp- 2/3 FF: deal 2 disco 1. The best 3drop body combined with that FF means it goes at least 2-2 with, possibly 1-2 if you discard trail of light or kit.
4pp 3/4 FF: Disco 2. LW: draw 3. On an empty hand this is free refill, with Urd this is possibly the best draw ingame. Will Urd be in the lists? If you run this and Forte, then I'd think so.
6pp 4/5 ward FF: deal 5 disco 1. Shit's 1pp below the curve but has the ability to go 2-2 bare minimum when it's played, great for taking over the board or stabilizing.

Fact is that disco dragon is getting a lot of ways to put down an on curve or nearly on curve body and take over the board at the same time, which is pretty big.

My thoughts on Pyroxene are while he's slow, he's still only 4pp and with the existence of dragonnewt fist and that 3 drop, you can actually afford to have a slower drop or two, especially when one of them is basically free refill.
Plus with those heavy early game removal options, it'll be basically impossible to banish the fucker, due to the combination of 4hp and it being near impossible for a haven to keep anything on the board to knock him to 3hp.

My thoughts on Owl Guardian is that he allows it to effectively answer slower decks when spamming mostly weenies will start to get your shit kicked in around turn 5-6, especially with the new AoEs.

I do agree that you want mostly 1-3 drops and almost no 5+, especially since you want to be mainly tutoring forte and dragoon, but I do think they have a purpose.

Also Pyroxene is a great answer to a bricked hand, and disco could definitely have bricking problems.

It mostly comes with experience and DShift players do the mulligan differently from each other anyway.

In general one DShift and some low cost spells are nice to have. Keeping DShift without anything else can be risky but I think there's players that do that. If you're going first, early draw sources are more important so you don't run out of cards. For example I generally keep Fate's Hand when going first and I have another low cost spell. I'd keep Snipe against Forest only when going second because of that. Golem is especially good going first.

Kaleidoscopic Glow is always good to keep except against opponents that don't put down anything early in the game. Keeping Merlin can also be good when going second and you already have spells you can play in the first few turns.

The Rune mirror is the only matchup were I fully search for DShift and not keep anything else if it's not there. There's a lot of other matchup specific stuff, for example Wind Blast can be important against Forest to get rid of an early Ancient Elf, especially if you also have a turn 1 spell to spellboost it. There are probably more cards that are nice to keep as a set.
Against Haven the most important cards are Kaleidoscopic Glow, Golem or any other low cost follower because of Mainyu, and DShift.

As for Insight, I mostly only keep it if I also keep something I want to spellboost immediately just because it can be a really good draw later in the game when it spellboosts a ton of cards for the combo, but I know opinions are divided on that.

Personally prefer Precious Bloodfangs over Flowerbeds.
Midnight Vampire is great when it's great but it's a dead card without bats. I would replace it for 2x Wind Gods.
The rest would be learning the matchups. The only ones that are always an uphill battle are Elena Haven and Control Blood. If piloted well most other match ups are close to 50% or in your favor.

I used bloodfangs before but never found them as good. Opponent usually dont have board trading with me, and if they do I'm pretty dead so killing myself helps. I thought about wind god but I think she's too slow. Again, if I have a board ready to attack on turn 5 I probably already won the game. Thanks for opinion though I'll give your suggestions a try and see how it goes. I might have just been really unlucky today losing even to dshift which really tilted me. Making your suggestions to the deck wouldnt have changed things in those games though, as I never kept a board long enough to do damage. Like I said everyone had and drew angelic barrage. Everyone.

So what I don't get in the story is why the hell anyone listened to shades. After facing them a few times and them transforming they should've noticed that they all had blue eyes. When Shade Eris shows up as an obvious shade telling people to go to the Morning Star so they can kill themselves, why does anyone listen to her? I swear all the characters were stupid to not notice that and say no fuck this and just go back home.
