Are grinding levels true or /nosg/ meme? I don't remember having to grind in tbc. Also, are dungeons so awful that people say that they aren't worth it because I'd rather do the same dungeon 3~5 times rather than grinding 2 levels just to be able to start questing in a new zone.

Grinding is a real thing in Vanilla. Burning Crusade added extra quests to certain zones (Ashenvale, Thousand Needles, etc.) so that the grinding wouldn't be nearly as demanding. Vanilla dungeons also have great burst XP, but you can't get any XP off of the mobs.

When did you play tbc? They nerfed leveling in 2.3, added more quests in dustwallow, and made most elite quests nonelite

You're not supposed to be in situations where people can actually hit you as Hemo. Fights are too quick in Vanilla for sustain talents in PvP.
I guess it's useful in group PvP, but you'd be better of with a dagger build (Vigor with NS or CB/Prep dagger) if that were the case.

Dungeons are only worth doing once, for all of the quests. Only reason you should run a dungeon twice is for loot, because the exp from dungeons is crap.

Grinding levels, you shouldn't really have to do on nost. I grinded one level on nost, i think it was 25-26. Grinding a level or two pre-30 is okay. But after level 30, grinding is so retardedly slow. There is enough quests to go 1-60 without grinding.

Oh, and the best part I just remembered. Many years ago on Peenix some warrior from my own guild promised that we get MC attunement after emperor. Leveling some of these crafting skills can be quite taxing. Something like blacksmithing asks for an obscene amount of bars for those first 100 levels.

I like to alleviate the stress by giving all my low level crafted items to new players I see in Goldshire. They don't always pay attention to me so it's hard to flag them down sometimes. However, and although I don't know from experience, I believe that someone giving you a green item at that early stage can really brighten your day.
