What if you tried to roam before 10 minutes? How about warding so the retards don't get caught? Spam pings and use the chat so if they still shit the bed you can report them for refusing to communicate this doesn't help but makes you feel better? Keep in mind most of lolg is bad at league. I'm a shitter in the top 2%. I play mid and top and have seen a lot of jungle thievery.

90% of games it's whoever gets there first with prioties only coming in to play when discussing buffs.

When you're behind steal what you can. When you're even steal what you can. When you're ahead steal what you can.

Pretty much the only rules are: concede farm if someone needs minimal gold for a completed item, concede farm if you're getting carried, and don't steal a camp from someone who has started it (but try to speed their clear up if applicable)

Generally speaking jungle takes jungle for the first 10 mins of the game, after which laners start to pick the camps up too. Red and Blue buff go to adc and midlaner respectively so long as neither is shitting the bed super hard besides the first blue and usually the first 2 reds.

On absolute terms gold priority is adc>mid>top>jungle>sup but because there is no camp stacking it's usually not advised to "leave" camps for other roles unless they are about to complete an item as you are effectively wasting gold every second the camp is just sitting there.
