Queen Vampire finds her way into basically all midrange and control blood decks though.
6/6 and a bare minimum of two wards is insanely good.
1/1 wards is also really useful against shadow and sword due to preventing suicides for shadows or sage commanders.
While Queen's 4/4 body means AoE doesn't touch her and she can take out most any target and live.

I actually run Urds in my aggro shadow.
Three reasons:
Double Dip on Rabbits (kind of rare as the rabbit needs to survive the turn)
Double Dip on Ghosts. Seriously, sometimes getting an 1ping just wins the game.
De-evolve big fucking wards. Murders AE, undoes heavenly hound, and really helps take out any evolved ward. This saves my ass very often.

She ain't bad in aggro.

Tyrant can actually be activated in TT if it's late and you have a good amount of shadow gen/low shadow use.

Two 1dmg pings means you can have two to face, take out two injured drops, or take out a 2drop for free. It works with soul conversion for great draw if you go first, it's a great card in aggro because it's a very aggressive play that has a ton of options for how it can be played.

I can see it. I think Necroassassin will be good for similar reasons though. Popping the enemy Ancient Elf or Aurelia while setting off Lurching Corpse/Rabbit/whatever is a big deal, and she can beat other 4 drops after evolving while still being able to live unlike Playful Necro. The ghosts are nice, but she's a shit body and trades down too easily, and I'd much rather spend my evolves on dudes that are already hitting face. An evolved Rabbit Necro is far more dangerous to deal with than an evolved Playful Necro because the opponent NEEDS to deal with it or take 7 damage to face, and they're taking 2 regardless. It also hits the board earlier.

I fucking hate Playful Necromancer. It being a 4/3 > 5/4means that it can't come out on top against other evolved 4 drops and those ghosts have very situational impact against the opponent. It is nowhere near the level of effectiveness offered by Floral Fencer, Dragon Warrior, or Priest of the Cudgel. Hell Wardrobe Raider is better too, Blood just fucking sucks.

The ghosts are fine but her being a 4/3 is awful. If I'm going to use an evolve in Aggro Shadow I'd much rather it be on an existing creature that I can use to hit face and maybe drop Dark Conjurer alongside.

From my (admittedly) limited experience with Shadow, Necro should be treated as a removal spell. Like >>163413063 said, you have 7 total damage, split into 5 points of rush and 2 1-point storms. Necro is basically the anti-Floral Fencer; whereas Sword spends an evo to build a board, you spend one to destroy theirs.

It is almost never going to kill 3 bodies. Soul Conversion is just about the best thing it has, most things can trade into evolved 4 drops and kill them because chances are they'll be damaged. But you know what Floral/Dragon/Priest/Wardrobe can do? Trade into other 4 wounded drops and SURVIVE. Playful Necromancer cannot fucking do that and crashing her into an evolved Priest that isn't already at 2 health means that the Priest just went 3 for 1 on card advantage, fuck that.

Then why not just use evos on dudes that are already out like Rabbit Necromancer, Tenacious Ghost, or Spartoi Sergeant? That way you can have Dark Conjurer come down and still do things? Aggro Shadow wants the opponent at 11 or less HP by turn 5 so that they can kill the opponent in the next. Playful Necro is less effective at doing that than just evolving a dude to hit face and if you aren't playing aggro Shadow then she's just too brittle relative to other 4 drops. Necroassassin is the high impact 4 drop that Shadow really needed and its a card that can be relevant all game.

Wind God is usually included in tempo forest and mid sword because those decks can consistently vomit out massive fields and dump her for extra reach, and she needs to be dealt with quickly.

Blood by comparison tends to dump its load on its opponent's face with minions first into topdecking burn and storm. There's not really a gameplan that Wind Gods fits into, since your minions are fragile and you don't have many avenues through which to spam them.

I don't think the card is ever bad standalone but I don't think she'd be good use of a slot in blood. You can still try her if you want to see.

That is actually like, the worst possible move you could ever do with castle short of putting it down against a catapult turtle deck.

Because they clear your otohime and bam, it pops and you get nothing.
You want to start the turn with it on a countdown or 4-5, so you can place a bunch of minions and have them all get the buffs to go straight into face.
