There is no way they could/would add DNC. Modern gamers dont want to play a dancer. Anyone who plays male wont want to be dancer and it would look silly and homosexual which is problematic for the Japanese. A melee oriented healer has always ended badly in other games with the trinity because of how mechanics target them, and the difficulties of balancing smart heals.

If it makes you feel better, we didn't clear A11S until four raid nights after we first tried it because we kept dying to our own mistakes and we really enjoyed Optical Sight. We saw the enrage twice before our first clear. Hell, we didn't clear until I had my tome weapon and augmented it.

People legit argue against using it because it "delays fell cleave".

Some people say that it should only be used under the effects of berserk, other people say that it should always be up unless it would cause a storm debuff to fall off, and some people say not to use it at all.

At 5 stacks on Abandon, and right after your third Fell Cleave under Berserk. Moderately sure any other time is a dps loss*, with 12(s) being the exception, due to the time shenanigans.
*The logic behind this is that for every fracture you do at any other time, you are delaying a Fell Cleave by one GCD. Granted, I'm no pro WAR but I consistently outdps actual dps in irrelevant content.

When there's a big damage buff up that you can still fit the same number of cleaves in if you use it. Like during triple cleave you have one extra gcd other than the ones used to pull the 3 cleaves off before berserk falls off, so you use it on fracture at the best moment to get the most damage out of it. Then you just apply the same principle to trick attack and hypercharge.

You don't use it after the third cleave during berserk. You use it as the 4th GCD after your second cleave, which is the last GCD under IR when you enter berserk with Heavy Swing > IR+Berserk > Cleave. This means Fracture will benefit from IR and 3 stacks of Abandon, as opposed to nothing at all if you use it after the third cleave, or just 5 stacks of abandon if you use it before the third cleave.
IR+3stacks = +16% crit
5 stacks = +10% crit
TA/Hypercharge timing can change things up, but that's the general gist of it.

A9s: I have been single targeting adds with full thrust rotation for not wanting to lose BoTD but saving Geriskoguls and DFDive for adds. Im not sure how many Doomspikes I can safely pull off but from what ive seen in fflogs Im guessing no more than 2 per add pack? Also I probly shouldnt be using DFDive on FMFaust and just saving it for the big add pack after first Alarums. Add positioning by teamates so AoEs dont always hit the Boss as well may be a tiny factor too.

I understand MNKs and SUMs doing 2.5k+ easily but I also see some well geared MCHs doing 2.3k+ or at least outdamaging me sometimes and not sure how normal it is considering Im giving them BL and +10% damage.

For A10S Im still just learning and hoping the group can get past steamroller but I can see why they say its easy for melees. It sometimes feels easier than A9S when I was learning it due to no big add packs.

I have no idea how Im gonna clear A11S with PF though. Maybe when the cross-server PF is implemented.
