I finally have a lot of friends playing this game and I'm able to run full teams.
Problem is, I'm plat and every single one of them is silver. And even in quick play they match us up against people who are much closer to my skill level, they constantly complain about how hard it is when they play with me.

They still want to play with me all the time but I'm the one who gets annoyed at how much we lose.

I fucking hate blizards matchmaking. I'm only level 101, but I constantly get matched with 400s and 600s because I guess my MMR is good.

If you're grouping up in 5-6 stacks, you'll get placed against 5-6 stacks, not a grab-bag of solo-Q'ers. Those 5-6 stacks probably have more experience playing together than your groups do.

Encourage your friends to play together and watch some videos on maps (like flanking routes) and hero counters. They ought to be able to climb to gold if they want to.

Level is a function of time played, not skill. At 101 you should be familiar with all maps and hero counters. Check the enemy team's comp rating (press P, right-click their names) before complaining. You'll find there are more lvl 400+ players at Plat or lower than Diamond+.

How to buff lower tier characters without breaking the game:

- can move at half speed while healing self in recon mode
- halves time for ultimate start animation
- New passive ability: Recon scan. Can see all non-player objects through walls within 20 meters while in recon mode

Now has options to tank a little, recon mode isn't useless, and ultimate is more viable without extensive support

First would be to make it 2 E and Shift have optional arrows. E would cycle between Scatter and Shock, Shift would cycle between Sonar and Embolden.
- Shock: aoe taser, same cool down as scatter arrow. Creates aoe the size of biotic field that deals 30 dps for 3.5 seconds where it lands
- Embolden: aoe defense buff, same cool down as sonar arrow. Creates aoe size of biotic field that reduces damage to those standing in it by 33%
- new arrow fails if blocked by shields

Better allows for defense roll in slight area denial rather just a sniper dps in the meta with 1 early pick does little to help hold the point.
