It does actually. Because you won't always have top range cars, especially not if you sell 4 at a time. It can take more than 10 minutes to find one. And it affects your total profit if you're trying to maximize your profit by selling cars and doing crates at the same time, because then you're spending less time with the crates because you need to fill up your warehouse more.

They all have a 48 hour cooldown (which can probably be dodged by returning to single player) and payouts range of 20k to 35k or so for the ones I have access to; listed below.

Take the Rocket Voltic on a ten minute highway cruise and make sure you don't drop below a certain speed or it will auto detonate

Easily the most abusable; you get 20 minutes to destroy ten turret limos with a Ruiner 2k. The kicker is that Ruiner 2k is heavily armored, has infinite missiles and any player that try to stop you can be blown to hell without insurance fees. And the only time it wouldn't work out that way is if you don't have the requisite amount of top-range vehicles to sell by the cool down timer, which only really applies to when you're just getting started don't have many cars stocked. It also matters how fast you complete the mission, and office/warehouse placement obviously.
