There are very few interesting parts of this balance patch, most of it is very minor, very safe changes that aren't going to wildly change the game up.

Like, the most substantial changes are j.mp juggles being added to more of the cast and Necalli getting a chargeable overhead. They really needed to be more wild with it if they wanted to try and bring back the players they lost. As it stands the only people coming back are gonna be the ones who come back to try new characters then drop the game soon after again.

Parry, UOH, EX moves (that dont cost a whole fucking bar)
Guard crush and variable jump types from KOF
Multi bar super and full access to supers from KOF
Selectable super from 3s (Though in this case it buffs the super)
The juggle system is very 3s like also but it retains KOF's normal xx command normal system.

I'd say its more KOF than 3s but people see Jet, Chadha and parries and just make assumptions.

I'm also learning Axl, Johnny and Zato so I doubt I'll ever get bored with the game but I could live with only playing Potemkin as well. He easily gets the most use out of the universal mechanics and reads which makes styling on people all the more satisfying. A shame a lot of the subtleties are lost on people who can't play him though that's true when watching other characters as well.
