I'm a lvl 53 ranger, in the last third of act 2. I have almost 800 hp, and 1.3k dps on my normal attacks. The only trouble I have is the occasional fps dip during a breach and if something is outstandingly strong and manages to take away mor ethan 75% of my hp. I'm not even sure if I have any ES right now.
What should my stats be at this point? More survivability?

I'm trying everything out, using support gems when the gear allows for it. I just shit out too much damage with the ranger/witch on mobs and bosses before they can even touch me. It's not even fun, I actively just run around pulling aggro on entire areas to get them in to one big group and unload to save time.

You can't have all, but the higher your rep is with the host of the hideout, the more you can have by expanding it

You'll have to find Zana in a normal map. Once you find her you can invite her to your hideout (you'll have to kick someone out) where she'll let you put down the map device

You'll have to search this yourself, it's far too extensive. Essentially maps are a compacted mini-zone that can have it's attributes modified used for farming. Once you use a map, it's gone for good. Higher maps = better gear and tougher enemies

Why the fuck isn't there a auto-inventory while you are at your stash? It should take currency out of your inv and auto place it into your respective tabs (div, currency, essences, etc).

It's very fun honestly. Some spell with big AoE (ice nova, high level arc) to get charges at the start of the map, CWDT Ice Nova, Flamability (and Ele Weakness if you can afford Damming because you sure as fuck don't have the points to get the addilitonal curse on the tree), and either increased AoE/Crit Chance depending on which you like. Avatar of Fire, Call of the Brotherhood, Cold to Fire, Void Battery Assassin. Huge ignites. I don't run Prolif but you can, and swap it out with Conc effect for bosses (you don't want to use Controlled Destruction because you NEED the crit to burn because you have no chance to ignite on tree).

You start the map with Ice Nova/Arc to get your power charges, then just walk up to a pack and Discharge. Instant power charges (I run Warlord's Mark for even more fire damage because I usually get 2-3 charges per pack). I can one shot T1 bosses with Discharge + burn.

3 es characters that were ci 1 es character that was lowlife.
8 or 10 life based characters, eq, ed, bladefall,traps,caustic arrow,kinetic blast,and a few other that i can't remember. all red mappers, all cheap unless i enjoyed the play style and then dumped some currency into them. you don't need 15ex to get to red maps, you don't need 15ex for any character unless you want to run an expensive build or you don't know how to spend currency

To be fair, most of the unique builds have been discovered, made popular, and nerfed to the ground by GGG because they don't make dank youtube videos/stream highlights and therefore don't bring in new viewers.

Last self made build I did was a Flame Trap build focused on the base burning damage of the skill I think? Before Ascendancy (probably better now but only slightly). Just focused on Elemental damage, trap damage, and burning damage since nothing else scaled it. Made it to mid tier maps before bosses took too long to kill.
