the thing that confuses the shit out of me is the mythic and titanforging shit is SO friendly for alts. I got 850 within 48 hours of hitting 110 it was braindead easy. but it doesn't matter, I'm now gated for like 2 weeks while i wait for ak to stack up because my next trait costs 10k and I get a grand total of about 900 if i do every single ap world quest. it's just so insanely unsatisfying.

I love M+ and world quests (though the gold ones are completely useless), the reduced amount of effort needed for garrison, raids are alright
Mixed about legendaries, like the idea and effects, don't like the random drop but it's the only way I can think of that isn't too retarted, but it's too stupid to have such a discrepancy of efficiency between legendaries and no way to specifically choose one to drop
I like how most classes feel, but not the omnipresent RNG (outlaw is pure garbage)

People are leveling constantly, there are always groups going 24/7 for low level instances. Queues are about the same as max level instances, too.
Leveling's not fun, like in any game, but seeing the content and little stories contributes to the overall feeling of the game and adds a bit of character identity vs a boosted character.

Anyone else feel that in their "class fantasy" mission, Blizzard has made the different specs for each class a little TOO specialized?

The best example is in 7.1.5, mages are getting ice barrier replaced with <spec element> barrier. Like, you don't forget all frost magic just because you specialize in fire. Also I don't think fire can stop a sword as well as ice.

Another example I've noticed is that frost and blood death knights apparently forgot how to raise ghouls entirely.

I guess the main point is that on most of my characters I feel like I'm playing my spec more than I feel like I'm playing my class.

I was in your position a few weeks ago.

Search in group finder just 8,9,10.

Look for easy dungeons (CoS, Maw, DHT), look for groups that have desc like weekly chest, dont care about the timer, just going for finish etc.

Get your weekly 880 item for starters.

Aside from that, just spam invites to 2-5 dungeons. I very much doubt you can't get into those because I do them for AP farming and see the kinds of people the leaders invite, and an 870 ret is definitely nothing out of the ordinary.
