No because of the way their character creation system works. If a server population is at a certain level it becomes locked to new characters. The RP server is by far the most populous server in the game and thus is always locked. You might get lucky and make a character after a downtime, but the odds are about as good as hitting the Powerball. So you make a character on another server and pay for a transfer.

Faust was a good addition. Fight had nothing but the fact that there's a fight that told shitters "no fuck you learn your job before you can even think about stepping foot here" was once a great idea that Faust Z is now a corpse of.

Oppressor was fun! I mean it wasn't supposed to be hard, but that was a fun fight. I'd put it on par with A5.

A3 was fantastic.

After heavy metal faust the boss does one more phase. I don't know what happens in that phase, I haven't seen it in a while.

If you are seeing the phase after this phase and you're not close to killing, then your DPS fucked up. Tell them to play not shit.

XIV is pretty ok up until level 2.0 to 2.5 stretch is long and gross, then you have the 3.0 stretch.

Realistically you can get through all that in about a month or so. It's not the endgame in an MMO and they're implementing "drink to reach max level" pots soon.

As for like going from zero to killing the final boss, yeah if you start now and immerse yourself in it. Guides etc.

This is a bit of an odd issue to have. Raid-wise, the only damage you've got hitting all of you is Acid Rain other than Full Metal Faust's AoE during his phase right after the Acid Rain. Medica II, Whispering Dawn with Rouse and Illumination or Aspected Helios takes care of this. So the rest of the damage is your OT getting slapped a bunch by adds, your MT getting cleaved by Scrap, your MT having to mitigate Scrapline until after Full Metal Faust where Scrapline stops being used and Double Scrapline gets used, and the generator healer getting slapped by 3 adds on the very first set and one add on the rest. One healer can heal the MT through all of his damage, and Refurbisher does not cleave during Full Metal Faust so after the Scrapline he could technically help you guys kill it in time if your DPS is just that slow.

If you guys are eating Scrap Burst, then that's your fault and not the healers, same for standing in the lava or overlapped Acid Rain, but standing in the lava shouldn't actually kill someone if the healer is awake. The other two would.

I dunno, you guys have a really weird problem because all the effort of healing A9S is dependent on how low your DPS actually is where the fight just keeps going on, but even at the worst it isn't difficult to heal because Refurbisher hits like a wet noodle on all but two attacks so you just kinda watch for Acid Rain not overlapping and use HoTs to heal through it, other than Full Metal Faust being given enough time to just casually spam his AoE, then it needs a regular AoE heal as well. That said, this general has a high standard for A9S because the more you run it, and the more gear you have, the shorter the fight becomes. It's a six minute fight with the average Raid Finder group, it's a 3-4 minute fight with certain statics if they're very familiar with doing damage and know how to speed it up plus having a couple of i275 weapons, and 5ish minutes for other statics. Progression is usually equal to RF

On A11s, you can skip a lot of stuff. With high DPS, you'll skip a couple optical sights, possibly skip adds and can finish the fight before propeller wind which takes away a good chunk of encounter duration since you don't sit around while the boss is doing the limit cut after propeller wind.

A12s doesn't really have any noteworthy skips other than skipping the second tank buster in first phase, beyond that he just does his standard rotation until you kill him (which happens not too long after the second inception on speedkills these days).
