Camilla has zero reason to use the first parallel seal since she has set ups that let her double everything she'd want to before chapter 14, Azura, Effie, Peri, and Elise have no reason to want to reclass, Odin is only good if you give him nosferatu and leave him as a dark mage, Niles is better off as a thief.

Arthur, Silas, and Selena can still work with their reclasses, but don't really need them.

Corrin, Mozu, and Laslow become better with their reclasses while Nyx is a better archer than mozu in chapter 10, lets you get both chests easily in 11 and 12 if you care about efficiency, can still kill fliers in chapters 13 and 14 with attack stance for D bows then just needs an arms scroll for the shining bow, and wants to end up as an adventurer anyway.

Paladin!Jakob is a better Silas and Felicia can work well as either a Ranger for pair-up and flier killing or as a strategist.

Felicia can immediately go Strategist if her Str is too lacking for D-Shurikens (she needs C to use the magic one, which you won't get until chapter 12). Plus she can get more aura skills early. It's an immediate pay-off.

For Mozu it's more long-term. Niles is more of a utility unit whose damage output can leave a lot to be desired. Instantly giving Mozu the seal to go Archer will make her paralogue much easier as a training ground and get you another Bow user that Conquest severely lacks. Her growths are good too of course with Aptitude so she will be better in Niles im the long run in everything except for Mag, Spd, and Res. It's also possible to wed them so that Niles can take advantage of Archer if he's having problems in combat. And she has useful skills to pass onto his kid.

Camilla will also want the seal somewhere down the road but it doesn't have to be the first one as her bases and growths are still (lol. But she definitely wants one to be even better and more consistent later on.

Some people want it to be pair-up bots like Nyx for Leo. But Felicia works fine as his pair-up bot in my opinion. Laslow can also become a Ninja to help his Spd and get him out of being sword-locked but you already have Kaze who has actual Shuriken rank. It depends.

How'd you even get out of E-Bows? Her Str is near non-existent and she joins with C-Tomes. She already targets Res and is already usable until her bulk becomes too shit and she has to be Leo's pair-up bot. The Shining Bow also doesn't come until you finish chapter 13. Being a magic user is better for her.

She needs a speed tonic to ORKO the unpaired pegasus in chapter 10, can take advantage of attack stance in chapter 11 and 12 (I think a Silas pair-up, res tonic, and hp tonic lets her take some chip in Azama's room), and then has fliers in chapters 13 and 14. It's very doable to get her to D bows.

Niles can give Mozu great skills like Locktouch, Mov +1, and the godly Shurikenbreaker. Mozu can give him Quickdraw, Certain Blow, Bowfaire, and Amaterasu. In return Nina can get both Aptitude and Quickdraw (if you recruit her early) or Bowfaire (if you recruit her late). Don't know if she can still be a Shining Bow user if her mom is Mozu though.

Odin and Elise is usually the optimal pairing. It gives Ophelia Troubadour as well if you don't plan to keep her as a Sorc or use DLC stuff for other magic classes. Not sure about Nyx though.

There are several Defend maps in the game that do not end quickly if you kill the boss

This is one of them

Yeah I had to give her a forged killer shuriken and just rely on crits. I've already heard she could be a good hybrid Basara/Shura if Effie is her mom so I'd assume Kagero would be similar for her in that regard.

And Nyx!Rhajat is really good, it's a cute pairing for her parents and it makes her a really good min-maxed mage; strong as hell and fast as fuck but super duper blind.

And most people are under the assumption that they just nerfed magic super hard since it was too strong in Awakening.

And for Dori I usually make selena her mom in Revelation since I'm a meme loving fuck but I've heard Setsuna or Rinkah are good too since they help her use her personal skill more often, but I haven't tried that

Effie!Rhajat is better for Chieftain because of the better Def she gets. With Nyx as her mom she'd also be as fragile as a sheet of wet paper too.

Yeah but there's barely any distinctions between Sorc and Onmyouji in this game. In fact, I find enemy Onmyouji more intimidating because they are quite accurate and can also heal.

I just did Mozu!Dori with Aptitude and Bowfaire as a Kinshi Knight. I also have Lancer as a talent so she can get Lancefaire. Her Str will be kept low but her damage output will still be great since the -faire skills do not count towards her actual stats. Trying to build up Def statues so that she won't max out Def too soon, plus Kinshi's cap is pretty sad. I did Selena!Dori and her noodle arms issue was too much for me.

Nyx!Ophelia or Elise!Ophelia in a Conquest run doing only the main game with no grinding, dlc, or My Castle shit? If I use Elise, how do I build up Odin and Elise support while minimizing exp given to him?
