Wildstar still has the best housing, cosmetic and combat systems of any MMO I've played, though I know that last one is a point of contention. There's just this sense of dread hanging over it like NCSoft is going to drop the axe at any minute. It's sad but they brought it on themselves by fucking the launch up so damn hard.

So I just got enough free time to start playing MMOs again.
I used to play as a crafter in Star Wars Galaxies. Used to play Asheron's Call too.

Which MMO got the best/most complex crafting?
I would also like if the npcs/mobs could level up by killing players, it seems no mmo does this anymore?

wildstar has some Neat Crafting Things that it does, but crafting is also largely irrelevant and not actually complex
xiv has a fairly complex crafting system but it's not super rewarding and in my experience was mostly just obnoxiously grindy while also being macroable
crowfall might have a neat system but that's nowhere near playable yet, same with camelot unchained
archeage has relatively simple crafting which was originally super important but the company in charge ruined everything
eve has tremendously important crafting which is made complex mostly in the way it interacts with everything else, but you're probably not looking for crafting in the sense of running factories

Gotta admit, I played it and it was kind of meh. The combat felt pretty floaty but then again I was playing a caster. It doesn't seem like roles are too well defined, but to be fair I haven't gotten too far. Just the second dungeon.

That said it was servicable and I'm so desperate for an action combat game that isn't 90% invisible walls that I'll take what I can get at this point. Flying is a meme but I did love being able to go anywhere. And housing coming soon means it can sate some of my autism.

I don't know if the game will last, like all others it depends on if they can release new content and not shit the bed on cash shop stuff. But you know, >my.com

A lot of them.
Feca - Main tank, can lock enemies in place and steal MP/AP, can give shields and immunity to others and boosts damage.
Panda - Main positioner. Can pick up other players and plop them near bosses or get them out of a 3v1. Perfect with a Feca since you can pick him up and put him beside the boss.
Eniripsa - Main healer. Can also res and boosts damage.

Those are the main 3 but there are other classes that can do those things but not as good and deal good damage.
Xelor - Damage dealer, but can also teleport enemies or allies. Can steal AP and res other players.
Sacrier - Damage dealer, off tank.
Sadida - Support, can heal, give immunity and push enemies away from players. Not as good as the main three but everything you need in one class.
Eliotrope - Portals and shit. Good to pair with a melee class so they don't need to be right in the middle of the enemies to hit them.
Osamosdas - A summoning class which is very versatile. Some summons can heal, some summons can push and pull, some summons can deal damage. Has a spell that makes your ally a 'pet' so you can give it pet buffs, like increased damage, give armor, increase healing, give crits and teleports.
