What do you actually want, anon? Do you want an answer or just some attention? If all it'll take to shut you up is to list some things I like about characters that aren't sans, I can oblige easily enough, but somehow I doubt that'll make you stop.
Toriel, while overbearing, is filled with love and tenderness, which she gives to all the other characters except Asgore.
Papyrus radiates confidence and innocence. He's the only one who is blissfully unaware of the Human Souls and why Asgore wants them in the first place. He's the first person outside the Ruins to befriend you and he puts his own goals of becoming a royal guard aside just to be your friend.
Undyne is the most determined (not in an Undertale meme way) monster in the underground. Her intentions are pure and her drive is more than to just be a hero to all monsters, she wants what she thinks is best for her people. It's why she refuses to give up when you first fight her. Still, she's not evil, because she can be befriended like any other monster can.
Alphys... Eh. She's a genius when it comes to Engineering, and probably the most relatable character when it comes to facing difficult issues. Most of the characters feel campy and cliche when it comes to their archetypes, but Alphys has a very real reaction to her issues, and the way she comes around as a character in the TP route and grows as a character is probably the most satisfying out of everyone.
Asgore is strong. Not just like physically but as a person. Sure it's easy enough to call him a cuck for not taking the first human soul he got and freeing his people, but he had to consider the consequences of his actions for both him and his people. He even admitted that his initial declaration of war was a bad idea and he knew it, but again he had to consider the consequences of his actions and let the people keep their fantasy because it gave them hope, which they needed.
