Go from Ukongaoka down to maka-tsutsumi via escalators. It'll put you into a boss fight and killing that boss will unlock most of the locked valves for you.

From what I found with my google-fu, +% is damage resistance on armor pieces. You'll want to balance them out between chest and legs or stack up against one type (If you suck against machetes or like bullet resistance.)

Head gear gives bonus stats, like trucker hat gives nice Vit boost for a little bit more defense if you need to go tanky.

You missed the chance to get the golden earbuds is what happened.

Once you get high enough the game gives these cutscenes, you got one, there are two more, but since you failed the first one you can't get it again, you have to do it on another character.

Once you kill the enemy in all 3 you get the golden earbuds and can hear what the last radio station is actually saying.

They do send higher level haters, but the AI is still dumb as a rock. If you have the claw and poison them, they always try to vomit it up, even if you're standing beside them. Even better. Go to floor 11, kill pillbugs (give them a stomp when they're uncurled, it might take a few tries but they'll get stunned eventually, then kill them with a weapon), and take their mushrooms, they revive you on taking a fatal hit. So they're essentially 1-ups.

The buff provided lasts until you die or quit the game, and it carries between fighters if you switch.

the iron (and the bat, but it's slightly worse) have a parry which is a perfect guard block but easier to perform, and costs no durability.
It makes weapons like the Machete a cakewalk to beat, you can just parry and counter until they die, and parries don't cost any durability.

It's risky to use the iron as a weapon though, because the steam doesn't actually stun unless the iron itself hits, and it has almost as bad range as the butterfly knife. It's better to use the iron as an offhand parry tool and use a machete yourself in your offhand, or a longsword or something.

Bladed weapons are really good on floors 11-20 because the armor screamers usually wear are weaker to it, but don't expect bladed weapons to carry you as far 21+

No idea if its a glitch or what, but only up to 6 hours they actually come back with more.

From one to 6 its a steady increase in how much stuff they potentially bring back, both money/SP and items. However neither the 12 nor the 24 hour options appear to have any benefit, in some cases having worse results than the 6 hour option.

Though it is a live game so that could change after any maintenance.

Here's a tip for you.

Waiting Room defense and Expeditions have the same mechanics.

So buy a cheapo AR from the shop, put it on one of the goyms you're not using, then send that goym out after some fucker's poor toon on a one hour expedition.

When he comes back, check his ammo.

The report will say if your goym made any attacks, if he made attacks and your ammo is still full, then its infinite.


I wouldn't recommend relying on it for defense though, even if ammo is infinite, I invade about two dozen dev waiting rooms every hour, and they all have an AR shooter, its piss easy to roll through AR fire and they're basically defenseless at that point.

What is the point? It locks you to the ground as well as the enemy for what feels like an eternity, unless it just locks you if the enemy is too close then that's just my bad. But if that's the case then actually trying to land it would be a nightmare even with lock-on due to enemies making like a bat out of hell running at you. Even with the charge reduction at 6 is still feels like it takes just as long to shoot as before even if the damage is quite nice.

Do weapon leveling like Ratchet and Clank, just outright stop using a weapon once you hit 20 and work on another, it works wonders in getting everything maxed. Make sure you also use your fists until the last sliver of health and then use the weapon to make the most of the EXP gained unless you know the first hit can one-shot.

Two things.

1: No melee weapon scales with dex. Range scales with dex, Melee scales with str, regardless of what the required stat to equip them is.

2: Cleaver Saber is not piercing, its slashing. take a look at the little damage bar below the requirement, see how the yellow side has a lightning icon and the white side has a sword icon? That indicates what each damage is.

Again, only ranged weapons can be piercing, melee weapons can only be slashing and blunt.
